Due to a miscommunication the surgery my mom had flown in to be here for was delayed a week. Anthony at the front desk went so far above and beyond to help her get a refund through Expedia (who were nothing but rude to us) and helped her rebook for the following week. All of the staff was so friendly and helpful. When my husband passed during the surgery the following week, Anthony gave my mom a card to give me from all the staff giving their condolences. They were all so kind without being ingratiating. I loved this place before this situation and after it? Only place I'll recommend to friends and daily visiting. The hotel itself is a historical landmark, it isn't sleek and modern, it's full of history and I love that about it. You won't be disappointed if you stay here. Staff can make or break a place and the staff here make it SHINE.​

I way overpaid, pre-paid non refundable. This place is a dump. Front lobby and elevator smell terribly. Carpets and floors haven't been updated in many years. The swimming pool has no water. Paint is peeling in hallway. I've stayed in older hotels before, but they were refurbished, clean and lovely. I can hear the people next door talking and there is no ice machine.

We texted them to pull around the car- add a pot of hot water on our breakfast tray, even add crème Brûlée to our evening meal bc it wasn't on the room service menu and they did. I love being able to text for towels or the car or any needs. I will get the front desk ladies name. She's really nice. Even the room keys are made of wood not plastic. We are old and it's fun to freak ppl out. But that pretty creepy of the neighbor to take videos of girls in the pool. So maybe don't use the pool if you stay at her house in phoenix. . Besides that, going back to the house being 86 DEGREES and her not caring or being apologetic at all. It was finally fixed 6:30 pm on Saturday, but it probably took until 8pm to cool from 86 degrees to 73. Not once were we rude to her. We could've been under these circumstances. Sorry your ego is fragile and you're unable to take constructive criticism. A woman of your age, I would expect a bit more professionalism and maturity. House is cute tho! Good job decorating! PS. We don't need your money. Your house with no ac just wasn't worth it. But thanks for the feedback. A budget in or hostel would've probably had better service and AC. When I asked about cleaning, first they said its a standard fees and later when i referred their own website for actual fees, they said its for deep cleaning for mess that i left . As per them it took 10 hrs to clean the unit which is less than 400 sq ft. Wow. Avoid specially tampa location. Its worst. All units are super tiny.

Everything is about this hotel is top-notch. The beds are super comfy. The rooms themselves must be soundproofed; I thankfully couldn't hear a peep from any room around me. I will gladly stay here again next time I see the Diamondbacks play the Sox.

Sabina was fantastic to interact with, making stopping by to look at the place easy as we planned. The space comes with Airbnb sleeping space so we were able to have guests stay on site for no additional cost. Day of the wedding was the rainiest Oct day in AZ history. Jack worked to protect the patios and helped create dry space. We were able to add some small canopies last minute as well. Sabina was able to accept our rentals etc so we didn't have to be on-site. Guests commented on how beautiful the space was and enjoyed gathering around the fire pit as the reception went along. This isn't the most traditional spot, but it is still a special one. Highly recommend.

I was at the venue the weekend before my wedding, and the owner tried to present me with additional fees outside of the terms we discussed. At one point she had double booked my event and the studio I reserved would not be available for my event for guests to use as a restroom. She offered a port a potty! Classy!I should have cancelled right then, but presumed to believe everything would be fine. The owners also despise children. So, if you have kids and wish to have your own in your wedding party, they will have a problem with that too. Overall, I learned a valuable lesson.
