Scott is VERY detailed in his inspection. In fact, when I compared his inspection report to the one the buyers of our home had, it was a night and day difference. Scott spent 3+ hours crawling every inch of the home, taking detailed notes and photos. He found several issues which I (another trained eye) didn't notice. There was an issue with the pool pump which limited his inspection. The owner of the home fixed the issue, and Scott agreed to re-inspect at no charge.
