($1,800) Well the worker shows up at 8:00 am and is done before by 9:30 am. I talked to the owner and expected a large reduction in my bill since it was smaller job than anticipated. I was told that he would knock off $200 if I paid him in cash which I did. Not sure how they sleep at night charging such ridiculous prices. The bill also mentions an emergency fee since we have rains coming. I never asked for an emergency trip. The website on home advisor states that they do not offer emergency services! I asked what I should cover it with incase they did not get to the repair right away. Never asked for an emergency repair. He tried to tell me about the cost of running a business and he has five trucks and employees to pay. Not my concern! Totally out of line price of a small repair. Very disappointed! That is not $1,600 worth of work for 1.5 hours. I feel I was charged at least double what I should have been charged.

I decided it was easiest to get financing through thier company they deal with called Service Finance Company Inc . Especially with covid starting up . I asked them if this loan worked like a normal home loan and was told yes . The interest rate looked good at 6.99% so I took it . None of my paperwork I got actually says APY on it . I made 5 payments and was noticing my principle was not dropping much nor did this company feel fit to put all the pay information on the next bill . I just found out this company is basing their fees on what a credit cards gets charged . Sealtight literally lied to me on the type of loan . The work is less than desirable . On tear off day I come home to find pieces of my siding beat to hell and pieces broken . I chewed out the foreman because he was the only one that spoke english . Then they put the roof on . They had some splash guard to put on and so instead of doing it proper they cut my siding and left a piece of metal sticking out of it . They did fix that after I chewed them out again but it looks ugly . After the roof was on they didnt pass inspection because the vents were in the wrong places . I am happy with the end results of the roof and for getting a new roof but I have to wonder how long it will last . What pisses me off the most was being lied to about the loan . I hope you got a nice pay day for the loan Sealtight because it bought you one star . I would give you zero if it was possible . I have good credit and didnt really need you to screw me over like this .
