Another great paint job from Taunya and her team. They had previously painted the exterior of our home and I was glad to have them back to do our interior painting. Same great work and attention to detail. And same great interactions. Great job. I definitely recommend. read more

I'm so thankful we went with TGW Painting for our two-story exterior house painting project. Taunya and her crew were amazing! Communication was fantastic throughout the entire process, and I can't say enough about how thorough, friendly, and detail-oriented the crew was. Their attention to detail really showed from start to finish. I can't recommend TGW Painting enough for any of your interior or exterior painting needs! read more

Taunya and her crew were amazing to work with! Taunya is extremely responsive and very helpful. She doesn't leave you hanging like some contractors. She advised us on color choices and had a lot of experience and helpful opinions to share. Most importantly, when we realized 3 days into the project that we picked a color we didn't actually like, she was very patient and understanding and worked with us to find a solution. She took great care of us and got us to the right color. We're now incredibly happy with our home! Her crew is also really wonderful and nice and reliable. No issues and they were very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend! read more

I can't say enough wonderful things about Taunya and her crew at TGW! Taunya is super responsive and is great at communicating. Fast response time and always willing to answer questions. Pricing was absolutely reasonable. Our painting team did an AMAZING job and we are super happy. Ivan, Fernando, and one other very nice guy who's name I can't remember, were always on time, professional and CLEAN. We had a another contractor do a sloppy caulking job and Fernando worked magic with his razor sharp lines and painting skills. They went above and beyond and I highly recommend them. I have several friends who've hired TGW Painting as well and everyone is highly satisfied. read more

I reached out to them numerous times because they did not properly paint my front door. She kept promising me that I was at the top of her list to fix it, and they never returned. Then they blamed it on the way my door was hung. Then I had that door fixed and reminded her again numerous times that I was waiting and she kept saying I was on the top of her list to fix it and it has been years. I am now updating my rating. read more

We got four quotes for painting the exterior of our 2700 sq ft one story home. Taunya's company, TGW Painting, wasn't the highest nor the lowest quote. Taunya replied promptly to our request for additional information. We scheduled a meeting and she carefully explained the very careful process they use for prepping the surfaces. This involved either covering or wrapping the hedges, trees and sidewalk with paper, drop cloths, etc. She also explained their painting process which involves BOTH spraying AND back rolling. I did some research on this and the back rolling enhances penetration and adhesion. Our house exterior is the 'rough' stucco so this back rolling is so important. The execution of the painting was done by an exception 3 person crew, Ivan, Fernando and Clemente. They worked well together and were very patient with all of our questions about the process. They adhered to all the items that Taunya had indicated in her discussions with up. They cleaned up after each day's work. They were on time and worked extremely hard throughout the entire week of work. We have dogs that has free rein of the backyard so they politely complied with our request to always close the side gate. Our dogs loved them. Finally, the quality of the work is so good. We have received many compliments on the painting since it was completed and have passed along the contact information for TGW Painting. We highly recommend them! read more

TGW painting to the rescue! I hosted Christmas at our new home and needed this project done in a hurry. TGW came in at a competitive price and delivered exceptional work. We recently had the interior of our garage painted by TGW Painting in Folsom, CA. Our experience was nothing less than excellent, every step of the way. Taunya, the business owner, was very professional, responsive, friendly and a pleasure to work with. We had to change our start date several times, and she was always understanding and did her best to accommodate us. A two person team completed the painting, Ivan and Fernando. They also were very professional, friendly, detail oriented and pleasant to work with. When there was an issue with old stains bleeding through in a few areas, we were immediately contacted, the issue explained and corrective measures taken. After the project was complete, the site was thoroughly cleaned up. We highly recommend TGW Painting and will, without hesitation, use them for future painting projects. read more

We were also very pleased with how well they taped off and protected our floors and other areas of the home. We high recommend TGW! read more

I can highly recommend this company based on the recent work they did painting the exterior of our home. From the initial bid process to clean up, communication was excellent. Their crew was courteous, always on time, professional and the work they did was top level. I was also impressed by the time the owner took to visit the crew during the days they were on site to check on any problems, and deliver food and water when the weather was hot. Their pricing was also fair and competitive. Excellent company! read more

Recently we had the pleasure of doing business with Taunya Weddle and TGW Painting. We wanted to paint the exterior of our house and reached out to 3 painters. One was unavailable and another never even responded. Taunya responded immediately and my wife and I were so impressed with her we booked immediately for September. Taunya is a wealth of information, detailed, personable and very effective at communicating. She was eventually able to move us up to July and we were totally excited. Over the coming weeks we talked about colors. She has a great eye. She discussed all of our options, color schemes and what the process of painting our house would entail. We finally settled on colors and we were off to the races. Taunya's crew: Ivan, Fernando, Joshua...and Taunya were always on time, told us when they were leaving and returning, were respectful of our dog and our house and were clean and meticulous. They did an amazing job. They finished the job on time and the pricing was completely fair. They patched all the holes and even sanded some rough spots on the front door. We are so proud when we come home. We love our "new" house. Taunya and her crew are exceptional. We don't feel they could've done any better and they worked through some serious heat. The lines are clean, no overspray or drips and the color just pops. You would do well and be lucky to have an experience with any contractor such as the one we had with Taunya and her team. Our hats are off to them and highly and unequivocally recommend them. When we are ready they will paint the inside of our house, no other bids needed. Go with TGW Painting and you surely will not regret it! read more

We moved to EDH and realized that the photos of our new house were deceptive and we really needed a full paint job. Tanya and her team were able to work us into their busy schedule and did a great job painting the interior of our house. TGW did a great job in our house. Taunya was great to work with and super responsive, even over the holidays. She was able to get us scheduled quickly which I really appreciated. The crew was also fantastic- the paint looks great and the crew cleaned up very thoroughly and left the area spotless. Our house looks brand new again. I would definitely recommend them. read more

We had them paint our house. They did the job in a timely manner and did a good job on the house, but we have 3 over hangs on the front of our house that the paint started coming off with in 3 months. They would not come back and correct the job!!! So for that reason I would NOT recommend this company. They do not back up their work. We contacted the owner and asked for it to be fixed. She said she would fix it when their schedule permitted. After 6 months it still wasn't done. So we gave up do to no response. read more

Taunya and her crew of three painters did a fantastic job painting the interior of our house. They were super careful to tape off everything so that no accidental paint marks were made on any light fixtures or door handles. She recommended a special scuff resistant paint for the baseboards and doors that turned out great and will hold up a lot better in our house of 6 kids and a dog. I still can't believe that the interior doors look brand new! Her communication was excellent and the guys she had working on this painting project were very nice and hard working. I would highly recommend getting a bid from TGW Painting. read more

After getting several bids we decided to hire TGW to paint the exterior of our house. I'm terrible at picking colors and haunted by an orange tile roof, I was anxious I'd pick a color combo that I wouldn't like in the end. I cannot say enough positive things about TGW. Owner Taunya Weddle is wonderful. She's been in the paint business for many years and helped me make decisions at every step of the way. And then there is her crew! Wow!! Talk about customer service and these 3 gentlemen are at the top of my list. Ivan, Fernando and Clemente arrived on time every day. They were courteous, considerate and just very pleasant people. You could tell they liked working together and were happy and proud of their work, which is immaculate! Very detailed oriented. And at the end of each day, they cleaned up and put everything away. Such a great experience. Thank you Taunya! I highly recommend TGW. You will not be disappointed. read more

Fantastic team, and every single one of them takes pride in their work! We bought a new home in El Dorado Hills, and desperately needed a painter to rid the home of the terrible color chosen by the previous owners :P . It was a time crunch since we were making a cross-country move, and didn't want to move into the house until the painting craziness was completed. I had reached out to a number of top-reviewed painters on Yelp as well as other sites, and some didn't even have the courtesy to message me back. Taunya (TGW owner) on the other hand replied immediately, was on-site the next day to do a walk through of the house, and worked with me on the details of a quote which was in my hands within 24 hours of the walkthrough. She was also super helpful in squeezing this large painting job into their already busy schedule. Once the painting started, Taunya was awesome about updating me each day and sending photos, which was greatly appreciated since I was on the opposite coast. I'm super happy I picked TGW since the final product was even better than I had hoped. Coverage is great (they used tinted primer and multiple finish coats), and the edges are super sharp everywhere throughout the house. No messes to clean up at all, and the house was totally ready to move into. We're living in it now, and couldn't be happier. Thanks Taunya and the TGW team! You guys are awesome! read more

We were in a jam from a previous painter doing severely inferior work on a paint/stain project for our oak stairs. I can't recommend TGW enough. Taunya and her crew did an amazing job, finishing *under* budget and *ahead* of schedule (how often do you get to use that phrase?) Having completed the 3 estimates by 3 different companies we elected to choose TGW to paint our house. Of the 3 business TGW was the only one who listened to our preferences and did not attempt to guide us into choosing what would be easiest for them. Taunya worked with us in selecting the type of paint for the walls and ceiling explaining the effects each would have and the need for semi-gloss in our bathrooms and kitchen. She agreed to letting us choose the brand of paint we had researched and found had received high ratings. A date was set and met and we were given ample time to prep our house. Ivan and Fernando were professional and prepped and painted our home to insure there would be no damage to our brand-new flooring. The house prepped materials were cleaned and we are now living in a professionally painted and refreshed 20-year-old home. Thanks, TGW read more

The crew that did the work was exceptional. Ivan and Jesse were great to work with and treated my home with respect. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations. (No easy feat) These guys paid attention to the details. I found the pricing competitive and maybe a bit lower than some of the other quotes I received. I have to begin by saying, Taunya and her crew absolutely saved us and our home. We purchased our very first home and before moving all of our things in, we decided to install new flooring and have the interior painted. Unfortunately, the contractors we hired butchered our beautiful home. The flooring, baseboards and paint were left undone and the pieces that were completed were done poorly. Safe to say it was a nightmare considering we had to move in the following week. By the grace of God i hopped onto Yelp and TGW painting was the first company i decided to call. I think Taunya heard the panic in my voice when i asked her if she had anyone that could repaint the entire interior of our home that weekend as we had to move in next week. I explained the situation to her. She was booked out for at least a month. I understood, but she took the time out of her day to help me. I sent her photos of the home, she met me there and provided a free quote. She asked her crew if they were willing to work on their days off and they were so kind to take on the job. They all went above and beyond to not only fix the previous paint job but to sand down all of our baseboards, the previous contractor left them very damaged. The crew were so pleasant to be around, we brought them lunch and waters and had great conversation. They worked very hard and got the job done so quickly but most importantly they got it done right! Although we could not redo the floors we love the interior paint of our home. I am forever thankful I called Taunya that morning. Amazing owner and amazing company. read more
