We got four quotes for painting the exterior of our 2700 sq ft one story home. Taunya's company, TGW Painting, wasn't the highest nor the lowest quote. Taunya replied promptly to our request for additional information. We scheduled a meeting and she carefully explained the very careful process they use for prepping the surfaces. This involved either covering or wrapping the hedges, trees and sidewalk with paper, drop cloths, etc. She also explained their painting process which involves BOTH spraying AND back rolling. I did some research on this and the back rolling enhances penetration and adhesion. Our house exterior is the 'rough' stucco so this back rolling is so important. The execution of the painting was done by an exception 3 person crew, Ivan, Fernando and Clemente. They worked well together and were very patient with all of our questions about the process. They adhered to all the items that Taunya had indicated in her discussions with up. They cleaned up after each day's work. They were on time and worked extremely hard throughout the entire week of work. We have dogs that has free rein of the backyard so they politely complied with our request to always close the side gate. Our dogs loved them. Finally, the quality of the work is so good. We have received many compliments on the painting since it was completed and have passed along the contact information for TGW Painting. We highly recommend them! read more

They did the job in a timely manner and did a good job on the house, but we have 3 over hangs on the front of our house that the paint started coming off with in 3 months. They would not come back and correct the job!!! So for that reason I would NOT recommend this company. They do not back up their work. We contacted the owner and asked for it to be fixed. They were super careful to tape off everything so that no accidental paint marks were made on any light fixtures or door handles. I have to begin by saying, Taunya and her crew absolutely saved us and our home. We purchased our very first home and before moving all of our things in, we decided to install new flooring and have the interior painted. Unfortunately, the contractors we hired butchered our beautiful home. The flooring, baseboards and paint were left undone and the pieces that were completed were done poorly. Safe to say it was a nightmare considering we had to move in the following week. By the grace of God i hopped onto Yelp and TGW painting was the first company i decided to call. I think Taunya heard the panic in my voice when i asked her if she had anyone that could repaint the entire interior of our home that weekend as we had to move in next week. I explained the situation to her. She was booked out for at least a month. I understood, but she took the time out of her day to help me. I sent her photos of the home, she met me there and provided a free quote. She asked her crew if they were willing to work on their days off and they were so kind to take on the job. They all went above and beyond to not only fix the previous paint job but to sand down all of our baseboards, the previous contractor left them very damaged. The crew were so pleasant to be around, we brought them lunch and waters and had great conversation. They worked very hard and got the job done so quickly but most importantly they got it done right!
