We stayed off of it for a week and then when we had parked the cars on it they just sank it as well as the trash cans and everything else for that matter. When it was time to pay though after the finished there was no problem with contact but after the contact stopped

Absolute Nightmare. Requested small concrete patio to attach to existing concrete walkway. Nick…read moremanaged to get his truck "stuck" with "tires spinning", in the yard. Then my daughter luckily, observed Nick & realized the concrete step they were pouring, near the backdoor was too much of a drop to be safe & gave him direction on a solution. Where walkway & patio met, the cement was slapped on with no attempt to blend or delineate the combination of the two. The patio looks like a patchwork quilt. Seams, and footprints with numerous discolorations and stop & start imprints on cement prominent throughout. Nick's consistent reply to dissatisfaction with the patio was "once it settles, will be fine." Anything BUT fine, & after a time he agreed to "sand it." First with a small hand held sander with no improvement. Then with an industrial upright sander, he had ZERO control over. It flipped and tipped & flew through the air, as he tried unsuccessfully to hang on. This put circular gouges into cement. So patchwork now has circular gouges, as in alien landing sites. Nick Filled my refuge containers with cement bags . Nick consistently, & without permission helped himself to items in the garage. I continue to find cigarette butts in the yard, along with water bottles in the flower pots. I kept waiting for the Candid Camera crew to reveal themselves. They did not, but if I can save even one family from the nightmare of Nick's Masonry LLC, then it will have been worth my time to share this Nightmare.

The siding he replaced on our house is falling off and warped after barely two years. His attempts to fix it made it worse and now he is refusing to refund us. Nick also only employees people who are not qualified for the job and do not speak English so you cannot communicate with them. Nick was rude to me and refused to listen when issues were raised. IF I COULD THEY WOULD NOT EVEN GET 1 STAR!!! Terrible company! contractor # HIC.0655341 …read more.. unorganized lack of care to get the job done. I contacted the office multiple times. I payed this company in August to start my driveway. They were quick to cash my down payment. I was calling daily for an update to see when my drive way would be completed. Now Its the end of November and still my driveway is unfinished and unusable. They did not show up on Friday November 1 like they planned. They were a no show, no call, and no type of communication. I called at 3pm that day and spoke with Marybeth at the office. That was a terrible experience too! So I contacted the owner(Scott Sambrook). Boy what a joke!!! I can't believe he is the owner of anything. He could not even make a plan to get my small driveway done. So he promised that there was a crew coming to start my driveway on November 2. They showed up and removed my asphalt added a curtain drain. They did not bring any process material to fill and flatten my driveway let alone Marybeth said the whole job would be finished in 2 days. The driveway now is totally unusable. They also have a D- RATING ON BBB. I wish I knew before hiring this wannabe contractor. If you are using this company STOP! HIRE A LAWYER and get your money back. I will!!! Now the asphalt plants will be shutting down and I don't even have a half ass driveway. Thanks to the SCAMCROOK GROUP LLC. What a waste I hope your business fails. Nice saying for this company is "People who play stupid games win stupid prizes..." I hope your prize is an "F" on the BBB. There are plenty of others who got tricked into using this "D-" company Check out all the reviews on www.bbb.org search CONNECTICUT SEALCOATING you will find they are a very poorly rated company. I don't want to see others get scammed just stay away from The SAMBROOK GROUP LLC & CONNECTICUT SEALCOATING and one last comment for this company I feel so sorry for the people that work here... They can do so much better at another company. This company has no integrity. Maybe this would make a good news story channel 3,30,61 or channel 8? a good news story for consumer complaints? Bad contractors? and missing money? Feel free to comment on your own review. I know I am not the only one who has had a horrible experience with this Group.
