When I raised my concerns, the owner did not take responsibility and instead blamed the outcome on my brows rather than acknowledging the process errors. The handling of the situation felt dismissive and unprofessional. I paid $75 for a service that left my brows looking worse than before, and the way my concerns were brushed off was very frustrating. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business.
