The owner said they'd look better once I filled them in, I've never filled in my eyebrows and I've spent three years growing out a similar hack job and this year they finally looked perfect. I haven't been able to leave the house without filling them in anymore and I look sick when I don't. I've been so deeply upset about this for two weeks and although this review doesn't help them maybe it could help some other ladies from going. When I walked in, I was greeted with a smile from Monica, and she offered to hang up my coat and get me a drink. My appointment with Vanessa went very well - she introduced herself with a handshake and conversed with me throughout the appointment. I have some skin sensitivities and allergies, and Vanessa discussed these with me prior to my appointment and added them to my record. It even printed that I had an allergy on my receipt - so I'm very pleased to know they take that matter seriously! She really took her time and didn't rush through the service. If I were to describe both employees I dealt with, I'd say: Processional & Friendly. They both deserve a ton of credit for their great customer service - something that seems rare these days. The salon is very clean and the waxing room had soft, relaxing music in the background and a soothing fountain. I thought the price was reasonable and ended up booking a future appointment. Then I found Darlene at Litchfield Hills Electrology and decided to give her a try. She has been amazing for me, finding just the right methods and settings to work with while making the process as painless as possible, yet maximize the hair removal. She also recognizes that a setting that works today isn't always the setting that'll work tomorrow; things have a way of changing, like skin moisture, hormone levels, environment and especially different types of hairs. Those occasional Irish red hairs pop up from time to time and can be quite stubborn! Darlene is conscious of both pre skin care and after skin care and will help you develop a good routine for both. If you take care of your skin, she'll take care of the hair. And after a session, she always wants to hear from me to make sure all is well or if any issues arise like a nasty ingrown hair. What I especially like, is that I can walk out of her office and within an hour, you can't tell I've had any work done.
