The initial talk with Kurt was a pleasure. Before we moved forward with the job or agreed upon anything, Kurt was giving me tips and tricks to remove the popcorn ceiling as it was my first time. From there on out I knew we would be in good hands. When it came to the job, Kurt was extremely up front, informative and polite. He was on time and when he was there, he was busting his butt. Our ceilings were definitely in rough shape when we bought the house. Talking to Kurt and going over the house, I think he took it personally to make sure my family and I had the best quality work in our forever home. When the job was done, my wife and I were blown away at the overall quality, and the transformation he was able to provide. My father was extremely impressed as well, and had Kurt do a job for him as well. My family and I truly would like to thank you again for all the work Kurt. Will look no where else when we need more work done.

Their work is absolutely top quality - he carefully covered all my furniture in plastic, quickly and carefully removed the popcorn without damaging any of my trim, and made quick work of my vaulted ceilings too. The next day he applied a very clean skim coat, then finally textured everything to match my existing walls. The work is flawless - it looks even better than I could have expected! Excellent Service, Attention to Detail, and Professionalism!…read more I recently hired RB Handyman Service to tackle a long list of repairs and maintenance projects around my home, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience! Rick, the owner, arrived right on time at 8 a.m. to walk through approximately ten different projects I needed completed. These included hardwiring six smoke detectors, removing an old whole-house vacuum system and capping the PVC pipe, replacing caulking around my kitchen sink, shower, and bathtub, cleaning and maintaining our whole-house fan, replacing a faulty dimmer switch, and repairing and painting rotted wood on an outdoor shed and a bathroom baseboard. Rick took incredibly detailed notes and sent me a thorough estimate that same afternoon. The pricing was very fair, and after I approved the estimate, he called to let me know they could begin the following Monday. Jason arrived promptly at 8 a.m. Monday morning. Although I hadn't met him before, he immediately put me at ease by walking through every item on the list to confirm exactly what needed to be done. He was organized, professional, and got right to work, including picking up supplies and matching paint colors. I felt completely comfortable leaving for work while he worked on the house. When I returned that afternoon, I honestly couldn't even tell anyone had been there! Not a speck of dust, no mess, and no evidence of the amount of work that had been completed. Everything was left spotless. On Tuesday, Logan arrived to finish the last couple of painting details. Before wrapping up, he took the time to walk through the completed projects with me to make sure I was happy with everything. When I returned home, every item was finished, everything was clean, and the house was securely locked. What impressed me most was the exceptional communication and attention to detail between Rick and his employees. There was absolutely no disconnect between what I discussed with the owner and what his team actually completed. Every detail had been documented and communicated. At one point, I even thought a small item might have been overlooked, but Jason checked his notes, and sure enough, it was already on the list! It's refreshing to find a company where the owner and employees are equally professional, punctual, organized, and genuinely committed to doing a great job. RB Handyman Service exceeded my expectations. From the fair pricing and excellent communication to the quality of work and immaculate cleanup, the entire experience was outstanding. I will absolutely be calling Rick and his team again for future repairs and larger projects. I highly recommend RB Handyman Service to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented handyman company!

We contacted C Kaye Drywall to provide a quote to hang new drywall throughout our garage, where we recently installed had another company install insulation in the ceiling and walls. Going into the project, we had identified a couple locations in the garage where we knew it would be challenging to cover up some existing utilities and address a ceiling that had two different levels. Chris had a solution to all the minor details and came up with a plan to address all the issues we were concerned about. Also as part of the garage renovation, there were multiple locations where the existing drywall was also damaged and removed to accommodate some electrical work. Chris was able to patch these locations up and make them look good as new. We couldn't be more pleased with the end result and were very glad we found Chris.
