It's a special type of texture and paint work. Having experienced the job outcome which was neat, we showed him a part of our main entrance where we wanted some work done. At the time of the first job too, keeping time and appointment was seen as a challenge. Several times he changed the appointment date and time and then too never made on time committed, but we considered it acceptable and an exception since he mentioned there were circumstances beyond his control. For the next job too where the job lasted a couple of days, keeping appointment time was a consistent problem. As the job was completed late in the evening, the exact outcome especially the defect were not fully visible, yet. On seeing the uneven and patchy work during the day light, made contact and an appointment with him. He assured that the job will be finished properly this time and he will give us "a beautiful outcome". He was to send the invoice for the materials and services, which is not received even now. On the appointed day, waited no one came. Called him after a few days, he said he missed noting down the appointment and said he din respond to the text or call as he was out of the country on an emergency but will come back that Friday to finish the job. Friday too passed and he did not come nor informed. Tried calling, then sent a text saying if he is not willing to fix and complete the job, he should send the paperwork atleast. No response. This is not just being unreliable but also quite irresponsible. We are now with an incomplete and not happy looking outcome :( when the whole purpose of engaging the services was to make the space look prettier !

Sergio provided a response a few days later and was transparent about the scope and gave a competitive bid. Plus his availability matched our schedule so we went with him. Sergio did an awesome job and was extremely meticulous. It took about a day to install the insulation, new drywall, and texturing. After 2.5 days of letting everything dry out, he came back on a Saturday and managed to paint everything to matching colors. He left our laundry room and garage nearly spotless. I highly recommend reaching out to Sergio for drywall repair needs. Our damaged area is about 30 square feet or so its probably too large a scope for most painting contractors and maybe a handyman. Its best to work with a specialist in drywall like Sergio and pay a little extra for the paint job afterwards.

I cancelled after they ESTIMATED $898 for a job addition I got done perfectly for $300! All in all, they ESTIMATED $2,400 for all the work and I got it done EXTREMELY QUICKLY and PERFECTLY for $1,200!!! The Pedestal sink was damaged (cracked) by Reasonable Remodels crew before they installed it. They offered to replace it but never did. There are numerous issues with the installation of the tiles. Pictures with descriptions show the many issues. Reasonable Remodels proposed to: "Straighten any uneven tile edges Level any tiles that are too high or low Properly seal the shower handle plate Replace the pedestal sink with the correct unit" Reasonable Remodels replied to our list of issues: "We're a small operation--not a large company with endless resources--but that's also reflected in our pricing." Their proposal to straighten uneven tile edges and level tiles too high or too low was not sufficient. The shower walls and bathroom floor tiles needed to be demolished and completely redone. We decided NOT to have Reasonable Remodels attempt any rework. The quality of their initial work did not merit them performing any other work on our property.
