Nick and Ameen do their best to squeeze you in for big-time issues despite how busy they may be. Having taken my car to other neighborhood establishments before, I can tell you with absolute certainty that First Class Auto treats their customers like gold. Therefore, despite my move to the suburbs 2 years ago, I travel back to the city to have all of my vehicle repairs done, and I recommend that anyone traveling in the area do the same. Cheers to this business and its employees! Best, Lauren A.

I would recommend them to friends and family.

Of course I've heard that many times before in regards to other shops. But I digress. I had my moms and my childs cars to bring in as they didn't pass the emissions test (BOTH). So my moms car dealership wanted $3,000 just for hers! Ummmm no I don't think so. So like I said, a friend referred me here so I came. First off, John was extremely friendly and he was so accommodating. I can appreciate someone who loves their craft. Second, my child literally had her car finished and already taken to the emissions testing site for us. Passed with flying colors and completed within 24 hours! I didn't think he would have it that quick! Moms car was completed the next day with and did well on the emissions testing too, that they took upon themselves to take in also. This is a sign of a great mechanic! For both cars we paid way less then expected and they run perfectly. I don't usually endorse mechanics, but for sure I will today! The mechanic who worked on the cars was amazing and John seriously takes care of his customers and I can say HE IS HONEST! This makes me for sure want to come back! I highly recommend this shop!
