Then they mapped a plan, so that instead of leaving the car and waiting for them to get the parts then repair an paint my car. They prefer to plan a date so then they would have the parts ready. Then my car was in and out within 3 day, pickup was on the 4th day. Fantastic service and great planning. Why make the customer wait. The door and fender looks brand new and shiny. After some mishaps of parking my Impala in my garage, I went over to Midway to get it repaired. I had dented the trunk of my car with the garage door going down on it. And messed up the grille on the front end by going in to the garage too far forward. I got my car back yesterday, and it looked great. Chris did a wonderful job getting my car to look as good as new. He replaced the grille and he was able to fix and painted the dents and scratches, and I couldn't tell the difference. He was able to get the job done in less than a week. The car looks as if it was a new car. He did a very efficient job. He also washed the car very nicely when he was finished. And the price was reasonable. I'm the owner of a 2017 Nissan Rogue and was in an accident on March 1st, 2022 and hit a fire hydrant. After being given the run around by several other auto repair shops I came across Midway Auto Body Shop through my insurance and from the very beginning the owner John, was responsive and kept me up to date with what was going on with my car. After a minor setback (no fault of theirs) when they received the wrong part needed for my car the repair was pushed back again but John reassured me that once they received the correct part the necessary repairs would be completed. Fast forward to today, I picked up my car from Midway Auto Body Shop and the car looks brand new and you can't tell there was ever any damage. My car was damaged in a car accident, Midway Auto offered the best Customer Services by explaining the process of repairs and the benefits of parts you select to replace the damaged parts. Once the repairs were completed, the car looks like you drove off the showroom floor for the 2nd time. The repair work is so great, you can't tell where the car was hit or damaged. Great service! My car was rear ended along with a few dents due to an accident. My insurance company sent me to this shop to get my estimate & repair. Not gonna lie, John was a little intimidating at first. But through out my experience was super helpful, answered all my questions, and kept me updated. Told me it would be two weeks but got my car fixed within 5 days. Great job by the guys here. Had a Jeep Wrangler and due to the shitty city roads and no signs of oil residue being put on the street I drove through it and my jeep was a mess due to it getting all over my doors and windows. Took it to the guys here and they did a great job at detailing the whole truck and getting that oil residue off.
