First, the body work was perfect…read more The job took longer than I thought but who cares? He GAVE me a free vehicle to use that worked great! He does that whenever he can. He also fixed things he was under no obligation to fix. I couldn't be happier. I had a hard time choosing which shop to use ($10K in hail damage) but Mr. Cook did a fabulous job. I could not recommend his business enough.

The actual body work was very good. However, the trumped charges, treatment when questioned and…read moreresult was horrific. I was told my battery was dead and they had to replace it. My husband went in when we went to pick up my car and let them know that they should have called about the battery when they first found the problem and before they replaced it. We were going to tell them that we needed our old battery to get the warranty credit because it was still under warranty, but before we could, the owner called my husband a m@th3r f---er and we were told to get the F off his property and he took the key ring he had put on the key and said he didn t want us even to have his Fing number anymore. My check engine light was on, and turns out they put the wrong battery in my car and it was more cranking amps than my car could handle - we returned the battery in a different vehicle and went and bought a new battery from the dealer - but the 7 minute swear-word laden rant we received over just questioning what happened with the battery spoke volumes to me - and I intend to warn others about this irrational and unstable behavior that was obviously sparked when he was getting caught trying to cheat a customer.

DFW Bumper Solutions is an A+++ business! I had front end dents & scrapes. Didn't know what to do…read morebut was lucky enough to find their website. Response to my request was almost immediate. Bryan was the Tech & he was great. Friendly & easy to talk to. It was a beastly hot day & his company van had air which made me feel better for him. It didn't take long before he was done. I went out to look at his work and couldn't have been more pleased. I'm a woman of a certain age & due diligence before hiring any business. Still I was a bit nervous about how this would go - no worries!!!! This is an excellent business & I couldn't have had a better experience !!! I'd read about other businesses quoting one price & then when finished a different price (higher of course). Not with Bumper Solutions. It was exactly as quoted. My suspicious & nervousness at this made me keep asking if that would be what I would pay. Bless Bryan - he was so patient with me & assured me more than once that would be the price. And of course it was. Highly, highly recommend Bumper Solutions!!

They gave me a two-hour window for their arrival and showed up 15 minutes into that window. The whole job, including some preexistent scuffing on the side of the bumper, took about two hours, all done in my driveway. The color match and finish is impeccable and the price is less than a third of what a body shop would have cost me, not counting leaving the vehicle and having to get a rental while they did it. Multiple, convenient ways to pay. Cannot say enough good about this business (I almost want to call it a service), and Shannon who came and did all the work. Top notch, down-to-earth good neighbors. Highly recommended.
