My check engine light was on, and turns out they put the wrong battery in my car and it was more cranking amps than my car could handle - we returned the battery in a different vehicle and went and bought a new battery from the dealer - but the 7 minute swear-word laden rant we received over just questioning what happened with the battery spoke volumes to me - and I intend to warn others about this irrational and unstable behavior that was obviously sparked when he was getting caught trying to cheat a customer.
