A fairly nice Uniqlo store in London, while it lacks the high-tech Japanese inspired lighting of many locations and it might be smaller than my local Manchester store by around a third however it still does have a decent range of fashion.
While the store does stand out and look a lot better than other stores nearby in Islington, I was surprised to hear this was a new store of just under two months old as it opened towards the end of October 2019, as it does lack the Japanese style red lighting going around the store, which most others have.
I do feel there could have been more staff along the shop-floor.
I visited this store during my first time in the Islington area of London, not being familiar with the area so the fact this store didn't stand out to me as new compared to other Uniqlo stores which are older and still looks better does say something, but even though they seem understaffed, they do have a pretty good selection and considering the dire state of other stores throughout Islington, this is a massive improvement and modernisation to the area which is, of course, the heart of Angel Central's £11 million refurbishment. 4* read more
