I sent it to my instructors back home and they said they've heard nothing but good things about them and to go try it! The study was so clean and smelled fresh. They greeted me and made sure to provide me shoes and a towel! My instructor Jack was friendly and energetic! His playlist was great and kept the vibes high in the room! I have been coming here for a little bit now. Great community to be apart of. It's hard to say who is the best teacher because they all have their own unique style that would fit whoever's personality! My advice is try them all! I personally go to Candice the most but you will be taken care of with any teacher! They also offer yoga on sundays at hotel haya for free. I like how they are not just a cycling studio but offer yoga, toning, and HIIT. Giving you a well rounded program! Another plus is they have locker rooms and two showers. So if you need to change you don't have to do so in an open lobby etc! Everyone there is really nice and their prices are competitive compared to other places that offer similar services. I've got a high standard for spin classes and these are absolute FIRE. Thrilled something of this level is finally in Tampa. Amazing. I've done yoga for over 6 years now and have tried several studios in the area. First of all, THIS SPACE IS GORGEOUS, clean, bright, creative, and just beautiful. Second, the instructors have talent and a genuine desire to share their passion with everyone who walks in. I had never cycled before, and I'm hooked. After going here for a few classes, I tried other cycle studios around town. NOTHING COMPARED. Do yourself a favor and try just one cycle and one yoga class here. There's so place like it really. Not only is it an amazing workout but the community' and staff is unbeatable. I walked in frazzled after work making sure I got to class on time and in the process I broke my hair tie right before a hot boot camp class..... I went up to the front desk to see if they had any spares and without a doubt the girl took the tie out of her own hair and gave it to me. To those new to Tampa: Tampa folks don't use Yelp for some reason so do not get it twisted: this place is AWESOME and super packed every class! The staff is SO friendly and keeps everything sanitized and clean. I'm awful at cardio and started to go to Frank's cycling classes to better my self and my health, and man.. these classes are AWESOME! Keep in mind I'm a beginner to cardio and find his classes so much fun and inspirational, from the music to the amount of people to the inspirational s*** Frank says. Frank holds you accountable but in a way that would never make you feel bad. The front desk is also so awesome and sweet, these people are very attentive and truly care to make your experience great. I just love everything about this place. I'm going to start more classes because I love it so much, I'm looking sooooo forward to doing yoga classes here and trying out Frank's wide cycling class too! The people who come to these classes are all shapes and sizes and it makes you feel so incredibly welcomed. To those with New York or LA standards, this is the place to go. Best of the best in the Tampa Bay area...probably in the state/country too. They really do mean it when they say they are about "cycle, yoga and community". The cycle & yoga classes are challenging but never overwhelming - it is very beginner-friendly and all of the instructors offer modifications on the bike & mat if you are uncomfortable in any way. The community aspect comes in immediately as you walk through the doors. The staff there is warm & inviting and their customer service is top-notch! The instructors are very friendly, fun and have a way of getting you to connect with your inner-self (and others there) that you may not have before. I initially came to U3 for the workouts but I've stayed for the community that have supported me through everything this last year. It's a one-of-a-kind fitness studio that you cannot find anywhere else!! Best of the best. Each class is unique and even when you think it can't be outdone, the next class is even more high vibe. I came for the workouts and stayed for the community. The staff is so welcoming and have created an inclusive culture that has everybody keeping up with each other in and out of the studio. The space is clean and beautiful. You are provided with towels, mats, cycling shoes, and even wet scented towels at the end of class to cool you down. I went to the noon spin class taught by Frank and man did he kill it! Frank was super helpful with getting me fitted for my bike and motivating me throughout the class.
