Love this little hallway with lights

Ryde It was a cycle class that kicked it into full gear the moment the class started. We tried the Remix Saturday class in the morning. Dylan has so much energy and keeps you motivated throughout the class! You have headphones with the music and you can easily hear the next moves. Lots of other movements along with the cycling. A section with dumbbells to work your arms and using a restraint band. Fun lighting and music to keep your energy levels up. One thing I wished Ryde It shared was your stats on the bike, I wanna know how far I went, but that's just me keeping my Fitbit stats in check. Lol Overall we really enjoyed the cycling class and would totally recommend taking a class with Dylan! Also snap a cute pic in the hallway before going into class! :)

5 stars for this fabulous spinning studio. The studio decor is SO COOL and has this disco vibe in the hallway that leads to the lockers in the back. The studio is dark & uses lights to help motivate you & put you in a party mood. The amphitheater concept with the headphones makes SUCH a difference. You're in your zone, can't hear anyone around you, just being flooded with great music, the trainers motivation, and amazing vibes. Our instructor Cisco was AMAZING. he was hilarious, motivating & was such a joy!! I took a 9am class on a Friday and i was in such a great mood for the next 2 days. Ryde It sets a new standard for cycling classes. I will def be back!

I love love love love RYDE IT! I checked out this cycling studio after never enjoying working out before this - SERIOUSLY. but I won a free class, so I said why two months later I go twice a week and I LIVE FOR MY SPIN CLASSES - and it's been a YEAR and A HALF LATER. Dylan is my favorite instructor although everyone who works here is more than welcoming and happy to see your face every time you come. They provide you with a towel and shoe rentals are $3 each if you don't have spin shoes. Highly recommend coming and trying out a spin class here :) and I'll join you ;) and you can celebrate your first spin class with boba right next door afterwards! (Which I recommend HIGHLY!!)

I swore off cycling classes in 2013 after a tragic incident that left me sobbing in the shared shower of my dorm room. We have put all of that behind now, because I think I finally found what spin is meant to be!!!!! A dance party on a stationary bike. And when it's led well like this, it's a party that I would hate for anyone to miss out on. I loved that as a beginner I felt welcomed, but since the studio is so dark you can still be a little under the radar, making it a lot less scary. I also love the music choices, you can pick your class essentially based on the music online. And thanks to the flexible passes, simply drop in for classes that appeal to you. I will say the lockers are kind of small, so if you're not comfortable leaving some things in the car, this might not be the class you can run to immediately after getting off work.

RYDE it is a great fun experience that sets itself apart from other studios with their fun decor and themes. I love that it promotes itself as a nightclub of a workout. It makes people feel like they are having fun while getting fit. You have to take a video in their neon lit hallway! I love how it's an amphitheater style with levels so everyone can be seen and see the instructor. I've been to several classes, and Cisco is one of my favorites but you will be good with any instructor. If you are thirsty after class, stop by their midtown boba shop to feel refreshed!

Silent disco type spin class in dark room with encore light show. At times it looked like little alien eyes bopping back side to side in the front glass window. It was nice no one was able to hear me panting with the headphones on during class. As a beginner I felt it was easy and upbeat. I got a decent sweat in and was able to complete my first class. Everyone was so helpful and patient with helping me get set up for the ride. Scheduling online is incredible easy and there looks to be some great classes to try. I gotta say that I really enjoyed this type of exercise program. Although a group setting. It felt personable and I love the dark lighting and get lost in the little bouncing blue headphones. High energy and definitely unique. Thanks for making my first experience memorable

Holy moly! If you want to sweat, Come to Ryde it! I signed up for the 10:00 am class on Sunday for the besties class. Our instructors, Dylan and Pauline, were literal firecrackers. I have never done cycling before so I didn't know what to expect from this class. You check-in at the desk and the person there will give you your spin shoes (included in the pass). There is also Midtown Boba in the same shop so it smells AMAZING when you come in. They have lockers in the back to place your items in as well. Class started a little after 10. They do have a 5 minute grace period. Since I was a beginner, they explained everything in detail and made me feel comfortable about what I was going into. The rooms are all fairly dark which I appreciated so there are no awkward moments cause you're focusing on the bike or the instructors. It was only a 45-minute class but it felt like HOURS (In a good way) The playlist was so good, that I forgot how much pain my legs were in! What I enjoyed most were the instructors. Dylan and Pauline truly made it feel like a party and when doing a workout like that, you need it. Thye had lightsabers and strobe lights to get the party feel. after the workout, I couldn't feel my legs in the best way haha. If you're looking for a good burn, I highly recommend Ryde it! This class was so fun and I can't wait to come back!

What a fun Thursday evening! I signed up for the Thursday 5:45pm class with Dylan as the instructor as part of a Yelp Elite event. I haven't cycled in over a year, so I was definitely nervous. At first I was a bit unsure of where the entrance to the studio was located because Midtown Boba is in the same space and no one was working the cycling side. I checked in at the desk when the front desk person arrived and I was able to borrow spin shoes in my size. There are lockers in the back to hold your things if you're like me and came straight from work. Around 5:30pm, the class started getting situated on their bikes. There are towels waiting on each bike handle to be used throughout the class. When I initially signed up for the class on their website, I choice a specific bike number which then correlated to my bike during the actual class. The room is in an amphitheater shape, so there are multiple levels with about 5-6 bikes per level and the instructor's bike is on the ground floor with a giant mirror behind him ensuring that he can be seen from any bike. My one piece of constructive feedback was that there was no one readily available to help us clip our shoes onto the bikes or teach us how to adjust the seat/handle heights. I got lucky and another member saw us struggling and came over to help. It might have been better if upon checking in, the front desk would ask whether it's your first class or not and then follow-up to help set you up. Just a thought! I will say that this was a very unique cycling class, or at least unique to others that I've been to. Dylan walked around each level throughout the class and used a light saber to get our energy up and motivate us to work harder. The music was varied enough to keep it interesting. This class was a fun way to try out a new studio in Tampa!

First time going to EOS. I've had my membership for a while. I know.... Shameful…read more But I finally made it. And I love it. The location is great. And it offers everything I need. The pool is amazing and I can't wait to try it out. They offer many classes for whatever your need is. So you can't go wrong.

I love how cheap the gym membership is here and how large the gym is. There's a ton of equipment…read moreand cardio machines. There's also an indoor lap pool and hot tub which is awesome. I don't think any other gyms around has an indoor lap pool. I don't like swimming outside and having the sun age my skin. What could be better? Well, the gym is very crowded all the time so I feel like it's the hunger games in the weight room and sometimes I don't get to use the machines I want. Sometimes people are nice but there are definitely some rude, cocky people there with attitude. I also dislike how many influencers or people that are filming themselves. It's busy enough and now I feel like I need to move out of the way because I don't want to be in your video/photos. Also- why does the childcare room only take 2+ year old kids? They should take babies as well. I can't workout here as much as I want because I am a mom of young kids. I like how the ymca can take care of babies starting 6 or 8 weeks I believe. The parking lot is madness when it's busy. Hard to find a spot sometimes. This place just keeps signing up more and more members and so it's overcrowded here. If it wasn't for the indoor lap pool, I would have gone elsewhere for the gym and spend a little more money.
