I mean a reformer class should be done on a reformer. It's a lot money to spend to wind on the mat, lifting weights or on a balance ball. I could do those exercises without paying $35 a class. Within a month I've had huge changes in strength level and flexibility. I already do dance and weightlifting, and this was exactly the missing piece I needed. The mindful breathing and relaxation at the start and ending of class is great for busy professionals like me in needing to make time to slow down.
