I got 7 tiny ones and absolutely NO sour cream. When I ask about the sour cream I get told "It doesn't cost you anything so what do you want?" - And finally, for the 3 piece Pollock with fries and tarter sauce as stated in the menu description, again, no side of tarter sauce. I'm guessing I didn't get it because, "It doesn't cost you (meaning me) anything". I have very few issues with this location before, maybe one or two small ones. Always handled nicely and I was treated with respect. I'm guessing the guy I knew that worked there has moved on because he would have never allowed this. If this is the how customers are treated now and this is an example of the type of employees that are employed there, I am more than happy to change over to Union Jack Fish and Chips or to Joey's Seafood Restaurants. I've eaten in and taken out, both of which were mostly positive experiences. The service is consistently friendly and pleasant to interact with.
