We called the restaurant to let them know. They offered to make it for us and we went to pick it up since it would be faster, wasn't far from the hotel and we wanted to eat together as a family. The restaurant was very apologetic for the error and even threw in an extra fish and extra bacon bits on the poutine. That was so nice of them to do that. We ordered: 1. seafood platter with haddock, scallops, shrimp, tarter sauce and onion rings 2. Calamari strip dinner 3. Mozzarella sticks 4. Jalapeño shrimp with jalapeño dip 5. Pollock with a side of poutine Everything was delicious we forgot to take pictures until after we started eating several of the dishes so there are only a few pics. The batter is light and flakey, not too oily and the fish is a good size. The jalapeño shrimp is really good especially with the jalapeño dip. It's only mildly spicy so even if you can't take much spice it would still be ok. Scallops and shrimp are a good size in the seafood platter. Everything came nicely wrapped and labeled. Would definitely order from them again!

Not a fan of this place, had come before quite a few time but won't be back! Beverages were also flat and gross! Just paid over $40 for stuff I couldn't drink or eat. Also was never offered the option of changing the nachos the server just said that sucks. Also girlfriend asked for just soda water which they didn't have.

Every one was right, and paying the bill for 17 separate people was done very quickly and efficiently. She was amazing. She also took our photo afterward. I'm only sorry that I didn't get her name. I ordered the pommery mustard halibut. Unfortunately I thought the coleslaw and fries were better than the fish. The fish was rather tasteless and hard. My colleague got the orange roughy which was better so I may come back to try that.

One item was totally missing, only part of of another item I ordered, and the INCLUDED condiments/sides, were missing. I called the location and was answered by girl #1 who listened to what I had to say but had nothing to say and sounded totally confused and clueless. She and then just, out of the blue, handed the phone to girl #2 who I repeated the issues to including that I ordered through DoorDash. She responded back with an absolutely nasty and rude attitude. NO customer services skills at all! Here is a summary of her response to me... - For the missing medium coleslaw, she tells me to contact SkipTheDishes. (Seriously? Why them? I ordered through DoorDash!) - As for the Battered Mushrooms (10 decent size ones shown in the menu's picture), the description SAYS it comes with sour cream. I got 7 tiny ones and absolutely NO sour cream. When I ask about the sour cream I get told "It doesn't cost you anything so what do you want?" - And finally, for the 3 piece Pollock with fries and tarter sauce as stated in the menu description, again, no side of tarter sauce. I'm guessing I didn't get it because, "It doesn't cost you (meaning me) anything". I have very few issues with this location before, maybe one or two small ones. Always handled nicely and I was treated with respect. I'm guessing the guy I knew that worked there has moved on because he would have never allowed this. If this is the how customers are treated now and this is an example of the type of employees that are employed there, I am more than happy to change over to Union Jack Fish and Chips or to Joey's Seafood Restaurants. Never had a problem at either of them and always treated the way a customer should be treated. #badcustomerservice #rudepeople‍⁉ Disappointing food

They cooked it up in 15 minutes and packaged it with tartar sauce and other condiments. The pieces of fish aren't that big, and there's a good amount of breading on them. The fish taste is pretty good, though greasy with all the breading. Fries were homemade but too dark in colour and soft. One of our orders was upgraded to poutine that had good brown gravy, but they did not use cheese curds; shame on them. The small container of coleslaw was actually pretty good; nice and crunchy.
