We called the restaurant to let them know. They offered to make it for us and we went to pick it up since it would be faster, wasn't far from the hotel and we wanted to eat together as a family. The restaurant was very apologetic for the error and even threw in an extra fish and extra bacon bits on the poutine. That was so nice of them to do that. We ordered: 1. seafood platter with haddock, scallops, shrimp, tarter sauce and onion rings 2. Calamari strip dinner 3. Mozzarella sticks 4. Jalapeño shrimp with jalapeño dip 5. Pollock with a side of poutine Everything was delicious we forgot to take pictures until after we started eating several of the dishes so there are only a few pics. The batter is light and flakey, not too oily and the fish is a good size. The jalapeño shrimp is really good especially with the jalapeño dip. It's only mildly spicy so even if you can't take much spice it would still be ok. Scallops and shrimp are a good size in the seafood platter. Everything came nicely wrapped and labeled. Would definitely order from them again!

Turns out 25 of us showed up. Steph was our server. She took care of us plus the bar and other tables in their other room. Steph was wonderful. She handled all of us without getting stressed. I ordered through DoorDash!) - As for the Battered Mushrooms (10 decent size ones shown in the menu's picture), the description SAYS it comes with sour cream. I got 7 tiny ones and absolutely NO sour cream. When I ask about the sour cream I get told "It doesn't cost you anything so what do you want?" - And finally, for the 3 piece Pollock with fries and tarter sauce as stated in the menu description, again, no side of tarter sauce. I'm guessing I didn't get it because, "It doesn't cost you (meaning me) anything". I have very few issues with this location before, maybe one or two small ones. Always handled nicely and I was treated with respect. I'm guessing the guy I knew that worked there has moved on because he would have never allowed this. If this is the how customers are treated now and this is an example of the type of employees that are employed there, I am more than happy to change over to Union Jack Fish and Chips or to Joey's Seafood Restaurants.
