I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience here. I was originally quoted $80 over…read morethe phone, but when we arrived, the price suddenly changed because the employee said he misunderstood which iPhone model I had. He initially said $150 but eventually agreed to do it for $100. We moved forward because of the good reviews, but after the repair was completed, he told us the screen was "cheap," could break easily, and had no warranty. That should have been disclosed before the repair--not after we had already paid. The screen was replaced on Monday, and my phone immediately started having issues. I received an "Unknown Part" warning, the phone has been overheating and acting up, and the screen colors look terrible. My phone had no issues before this; it simply needed a screen replacement. When I returned for help, the employee was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. He refused to help, take responsibility, or offer any solution, repeatedly saying there were no refunds and no warranty. I paid to have my phone fixed, not to leave with more problems than I had before. I will never return and strongly recommend going somewhere else.

This store is short staffed and the wait times can be 30 minutes to an hour. They only have two cashiers ringing while all of the rest of the staff is wandering around the store not helping people. The manager comes up at times, but seems overwhelmed and doesn't know how to lead her staff. The store is in disarray and they either need more workers or the workers that are wandering need to clean up the store.

I had five employees interact with me in a few minutes that I was there. They let me try on different belt sizes. They asked me what I was shopping for. They helped me look for shorts, even though they didn't have women's shorts a wide variety that's OK. I will definitely be back.
