This is the second time I've had an issue trying to return something I purchased using PayPal. I…read morehad the order number, but the manager claimed the order didn't show up in their system. She then said the situation was "different" because I paid through PayPal. When I asked how I could return the items, she said she needed to see the physical card--then changed her explanation and asked to see my PayPal account. After I showed her the online receipt showing the pictures of what I bought, plus my PayPal account as she requested, she changed her narrative again, saying that each item had to be returned separately. This tells me that either she had no clue what she was doing or the company policy is that deceiving. As I mentioned, this is not the first time I've had trouble returning a PayPal purchase here. We spent over 30 minutes trying to return 3 blouses, ( we were finally able to return them)--all while standing in a store with the A/C turned off in the middle of a hot Miami summer. I do not recommend this place.

Does Old Navy make clothes that will last a life time? No. But does Old Navy make trendy, wearable…read moreitems that won't break your bank - ABSOLUTELY! I'm a fan. When it comes to jeans, Old Navy has really good prices on fashionable every day denim. They've got a little bit of stretch, a little bit of rips to make them trendy, and just enough ankle to make them perfect with flats or heels. I also think a pro tip for shopping here is to buy winter wear for last minute trips because it is cheap af and super cute! Now onto what I loveeeee about Old Navy - THE WORKOUT CLOTHES AND THE LOUNGEWEAR! Seriously, bury me in sweat sets from here and catch me sweating in their workout gear on the daily. I'm a huge fan (and member) of Fabletics, and I find Old Navy to be comparable in quality to that line but wayyyy less expensive in price. Their workout wear also lasts a while - I've had some of their leggings for over 3+ years and they aren't see thru. The sports bra's fit great and are also supppah cute. As for layout / organization / staffing - I find even on super busy days this location's line moves quick and is pretty organized. Last but not least, don't sleep on the shoe selection in Miami. Comfy, inexpensive and trendy - essentially the recurring theme of Old Navy for me!

This uniform store was a gem in disguise!…read more I have been searching for the perfect white coat for months now. I came in with my mother, just to browse. The attentiveness and overall attitude of the workers was magnificent. I arrived close to their closing (with out realizing how late it really was), and they all helped me, listened to my indecisiveness, allowed me to borrow one of their stethoscope to make sure mine would fit nicely in the pockets. My only negative comment is that they do not offer full refunds, they only allow exchanges or store credit. However, I genuinely can not rave enough about their kindness and attentiveness! The prices were also very affordable for good quality!
