I came to this store today and I was carrying my purse like most women. For reference my purse measures about 10" x 14". Immediately upon entering they told me I either had to leave my purse in the car or behind the counter with their cashiers. Why should I trust my personal items with their employees. I saw several women returning to their cars to leave them in the car. That is so dangerous. I have had my windows broken in the passed and had my identity stolen. This is so wrong on so many levels. They should have lockers to accommodate. I will never purchase here again. I am certain people will be victimized because of their horrible standards. Drove over here because the uniform store a as of the same company down in Miami off 117th Avenue has such horrible staff. Varying consider it very unfriendly couldn't wait not even a minute past 5:00 p.m. for me to get into the plaza because it was a horrible car accident in front. Not only that but while was parked outside in front trying to search for another place they walked out laughing at my expense. Awful customer service. I brought my shirts in July to be embroidered and they just gave them back to me today. I only purchased elsewhere because they didn't have any in stock. When I received them today, two months later, two shirts had holes and one other had the logo embroidered messily. Very unprofessional. They do not take accountability for their mistakes. They won't refund or discount you or at the very least offer an apology. On the contrary they let you know in advance that they aren't responsible for destroying your shirts. What could've been a 20 minute buying experience turned into over an hour of repeatedly asking for help, only to be met by a staff that is unprepared, rude, and completely clueless regarding school informs for their only 2 assigned academies. Mind you, I'm not talking about waiting in line, that's not that bad. What I'm referring to here is complete disregard for customer service and failure to provide basic information. (Aug 2017) A year later we've come to the same place (no other choice) to get uniforms. In all fairness I must say they have improved quite a bit from out past experience. I have been purchasing school uniforms from All Uniform Wear for the last 3 school years. Their customer service is exceptional. Turn around time for embroidery is excellent. Their specific brand of uniforms lasts the entire school year and looks brand new. Best of all it comes out of the dryer wrinkle free! Overall a great shopping experience. Tips: go at least 4 weeks prior to school starting to avoid the hustle and bustle and obtain the best service. Well, very limited selection in black scrubs! Even the pricier scrubs were limited. Instead of being able to buy 6 sets of uniforms at a lesser price I had to shell out 165 dollars for three sets and the work logo. This price included my 20% discount! Better to just buy the walmart scrubs when you can find them at 12 bucks per set and have then embroidered! read more
