I had a great experience with Moses who helped me find the car I came in looking for. Josy was great helping me with the financing part and she made me feel very comfortable and was very descriptive. read more

Moises is an amazing salesman and gave me an elaborate and detailed tour of the car before going on a test drive. He also made the car buying experience not as overwhelming as other dealerships; where they haggle you around, try to add a bunch of superfluous hidden fees, etc. I would highly recommend anyone thats in the market to purchase a vehicle to head to Unicars Honda on Varner Rd. Chris was a very friendly manager and was able to get us the APR we wanted with little to no hassle. Any issues I encountered I was able to just address with him and he made sure to make me a happy customer and addressed the issue right there and then. Thank you so much Unicars Honda for my new (to me lol) 2018 Honda Civic Si sedan. read more

I used to enjoy getting my service here but recently their customer service is terrible. If you want your appointment to be scheduled incorrectly and/or keep having to reschedule your appointment cause they are overbooked then this is the place to be. Not to mention the long wait time with appointment and if you schedule online they will call you to cancel. And if you scheduled by phone they have availability till weeks later. When you ask for a full inspection they will also let you go on your way with one brake light not working and your brake oil almost empty. read more

I took my car in this past Saturday and had to wait over four hours for the service rep to say that originally took two hours which I have never waited that long before. Then the technician that worked on my car had left the drain plug loose on my car and the entire oil spilled at my work site and they stated they would take my car back to the dealership and drop it off back to me at work and I had to get a ride to the dealership because the shuttle was not available to bring the technician back with my car. Not only that the service manager stated they would have someone clean the oil that spilled all over my work site and they still have not brought anyone. At this rate I will never deal with the dealership ever again and will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

I have been here since 9:30 (was the second person here) when I scheduled my appointment and it's now 12:00 pm. I am so frustrated knowing there have been FOUR people who came after me get their car way before mine was done. I come in and ask when my car will be done for an OIL CHANGE and ROTATE my tires. It's NEVER taken this long. After this experience I never want to own a Honda or come to a service place like this. The staff seemed rude and unprofessional. They have made this experience unbearable. I highly suggest going somewhere else. So upsetting read more

Bad experience with the service department, I get free oil changes with the purchase of my car, I would rather pay and take it somewhere else than go back and deal with bad service and bad attitude. read more

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Spent 50 minutes on hold to schedule an oil change. Robert said he was going to his desk and put me on hold. Must be huge facility if it take 45+ minutes to get to a desk. Read the reviews on here and I'm glad I dodged the bullet. So much for customer service. read more

I had made an appointment only to wait in line just to be told that they couldn't talk to me until I pulled up my car. just felt rude and not friendly at all. I dropped my car off for a recall check. once performed the pick up and check out process was a lot easier. read more

amazing experience!! great customer service and amazing guidance to a perfect car! javier diaz was great

The guys came through... AGAIN. I guess that's why I keep coming back - reasonable prices (almost half off the Acura Dealer up the freeway) and great service. This year we had the annual oil and rotate the tires service plus an early 60K service. The guys took care of it - finished on time and even picked my wife up from the airport to deliver my RDX Turbo. Since this car is only driven when we are in town from the islands, Unicars helps to keep it in as-new condition for me and my family. I recommend these folks to everyone in the valley no matter the make or model. Dependable and honest, what more can you ask for? Best, Kelly Ewa Beach / La Quinta read more

Another Unicars outstanding experience returning my leased Honda and again leasing another Honda. It's was professional and quick with no hassles. Thanks to Genero and James in Sales and a great Finance Manager. read more

The manager Mark of this place was very rude when I asked for a better deal to buy a car there. I am sorry for the seller he was a young man spent time at the end only bad mood of his manager make me get out. Bad service I don't recommend that dealer. Thank you Liana for your apologies, is not your fault it's enough only one person give you bad experience to give a bad feedback. I was really interested in buy a car there is close to my house, I wanted to hear different options and good deals but he didn't care he just spit his own believes about what he think we as a client wants. He should treat everyone with respect you never know if they are potential buyers. read more

I brought my car in for regular oil and filter service and tire rotation. The service was the very good. Arrived at the service entrance at 9:20 a.m. for a 9:30 oil change/service. Decided to stay and wait for my car. Not a good idea. A walk in customer who arrived about the same time was bragging that he walked in after me, serviced first, and left 45 minutes ago. Going on hour 3 hoursof waiting. What good is an appointment? Maybe it's better to walk in and appointments are not the best choice for service at Unicars Honda. Eight of us crowded in the waiting area. Not a satisfied customer. read more

I recently had my Honda Pilot serviced and, although I am not an expert auto mechanic, I am an expert customer and know good customer service when I receive it. Mario, in Service, assisted me on intake and checkout and made my entire experience amazingly smooth and painless! He was polite, helpful, courteous, informative, and FRIENDLY! In any business it's important to have the right person in the right position for success. I feel Mario should be teaching others at a very high level, the art of complete and successful customer service! Thank you Mario! read more

Went for an oil change and they suggested I get my brake fluid changed. What should have been 2 hours turned into 4...so far. I'm still here! When I asked what was going on. I was told we're short handed. Then why give a 2 hour estimate?? Why suggest the brake fluid?? Why not offer a shuttle to at least get something to eat?? I'm starving. Very disappointed!!! read more

Dropped my car off at 3:30 pm. (I had an appointment at that time.) I was originally going to wait in the waiting area until they told me it would take 2 HOURS - oh I forgot to mention all I was getting done was an oil change. After I heard it was going to be 2 hours, I had a friend pick me up and asked that I receive a call when my car was ready for pickup. I never received a phone call so eventually at 5pm I showed up and nobody was left in the waiting area and only 1 guy left at the service desks. I then receive my keys for my car - This is the second time the Technicians have left my car dirtier than I left it. The first time OIL was left on my beige fabric seats and I had to drive back for all them to do was scrub the seat with a cleaner. I purposely left a towel on my seat to prevent this from happening again, the towel was tossed on the floor. This time dirty finger prints were left on door panel, white powder and dirt was left on the back door panel?! The only reason I came to Unicars for oil changes is because I am leasing and they are "free." Sorry I forgot the oil change where they had left oil on my seat, the technicians also forgot to screw my under-panel back on and it was dragging while I drove. So, again I had to drive back out for them to fix it. read more

Had a great experience as always. Benjamin, helped me get the proper tires for my 2016 Honda civic. He also made sure the oil change service was done. Both services were done in a timely manner. I am now on the road with ease of mind knowing I was taken care of by the unicars Honda team read more

I called to see how busy so I can go get an oil change they told me no walk ins really? Since when? You have to make an appointment and that's two weeks away . I had the absolute worst experience here. They lie about what is in stock just to get you in the door. I wasted an hour of my time this morning going to i10 Honda to look at a new Honda Pilot which was on there website as in stock and when I spoke to Rosangelica last night, it was available. When I messaged this morning, there was no mention that it wasn't available. Upon entering the showroom, I waited for them to bring it up to the service drive to have a look and there was nothing to show me. Why not just say that up front and prevent the aggravation? Just another Honda dealer jerking you around. read more

I have had consistently great service from Unicars Honda for years. Their prices are competitive with the rest of the market and I have the piece of mind that they will always be there to stand behind their work. My serviceman, Frank, is a great communicator and keeps me up to the minute on how my car is doing and what it needs. The dealership is clean and comfortable, if you need to wait and always has sparkly new cars to look at in the showroom. Thank you Unicars! read more

I just purchased a new Honda CRV. They called me and told me that I will get free window tinting. I scheduled my appointment for the first thing in the morning. I was in and out in less than an hour. +1/2, I asked him a question several days ago about a commercial it had on local TV,they did not respond yet they (unicars Honda) can't be that busy, If your on varner road headed west just before the I-10 Dodge Jeep Chrysler dealership there's an overflow lot that just a few weeks ago at my last note is contained a hundred or more Hondas they haven't been able to sell. read more

I have purchased 3 Honda's in the past 5 years. I love Honda. I am in the market for a Honda Ridgeline. Each time I say...."Unicars is close let's give them a try". Soon to realize why I didn't buy any from them despite giving them first crack. What has happened to salesmanship and product knowledge. After 15 min. of walking the lot a sales woman (Jessie) approached me while on her cell phone talking to someone else. Great start. I asked a question, then she had to go ask someone else because "she has been off and didn't know". I said the one was exactly what I wanted only the wrong color. Her response was "OK well good luck". So to whomever cares to know this is my typical experience over the past 5 years. Clearly they have enough business and don't feel the need to train employees on service or sales skills. Go somewhere else that wants your business as I did and will do. PS the only reason I give two stars is because they sell Honda! read more

My first visit to the dealership, really nice facilities. Staff was attentive without being "overbearing" or "high pressure." They talked in a normal tone of voice and "you" got the feeling your question wasn't taking them away from whatever else they wanted to be doing. Have to admit the "maintenance" light kind of freaked me out when it first came on, but, it was also a good reminder. My daughter has pointed out that good mechanics are a lot like Dr.s. We rely on them to tell us the difference between, "we can take care of that at your next maintenance" v "you need to bring that it, ASAP" and in as calm a tone of voice as possible. Well done, everyone read more

Dealers are always expensive to get my cars service. But I like to have piece of mind that my Honda vehicles are being repaired by Honda mechanics so I pay the extra. Carl is what makes this experience good. He went above & beyond to make sure I was happy & taken care of. My vehicle was fixed in a timely manner & my pick-up was quick & easy. Carl made an additional effort to check in with me before I left to make I was ok. Thank you to Carl. read more

Went in today for an oil change and normally I just do a walk in. They turned me down because it was too busy and didn't have an appointment until 2 weeks out. Unfortunately I do Uber/Lyft on the side so I cannot go 2 weeks without doing the maintenance on my car so I decided to go to jiffy pibe and just pay for it there. They couldn't do it there either because the lug nuts on the bottom where stripped so I had to go back to Unicars. This time I was helped out by Carl Coggins and let me tell you this. He not only went above and beyond to get my car serviced but also fixed the lug nut issues. Took my car on the spot and turned my horrible day into an amazing one. Because of Carl I will continue doing business with Unicars each and every time. Thank you. read more

Full disclosure - I know NOTHING about cars. So typically anytime I've needed something fixed, let's face it - I'm easy prey for any jerk with a service manager card. I've had bad experiences in the past with other manufacturers, but let me tell you - the service crew at Unicars Honda are AMAZING. Since we purchased my Accord Touring in 2015 I've brought it in for regular maintenance, but today I needed a battery replaced. Everyone from the guy who first greeted me to the guys behind the counter were all incredibly helpful and friendly. They weren't condescending, they weren't trying to sell me crap I don't need. Honest crew! I no longer dread going to the dealership. Thanks Unicars! read more

Anthony was helpful and friendly. He explained everything well. He didn't hesitate when I asked about locating and fixing a noise. The service team did excellent work and it was done on time. He kept in good contact and I appreciate the follow up once I got my car back. read more

I don't think I have ever left a review on a car dealership. But, the salesman Marc, was extremely helpful and nice. And I would like for his manager to know how good of a salesman he is. He's a younger guy, so that's probably one of the reasons why it was easier to connect with him. He doesn't give off the used car salesman vibe like every other salesman does. He is honest and you can tell that he wants to give you the best deal possible and not trying to just make a sale. Anyway. Marc, was awesome and deserves a raise or something. read more

We purchased two cars from UniCars Honda 2/23/19 and it has been nothing but a hassle and lies. We have missing CarFax Reports for one-car still and when we finally received the report for the other car, it showed there were three active recalls on the car that they sold us. I will focus this review on this car, a 2016 Dodge Durango Limited. Firstly, if this dealership gives you online pricing, make sure they write your deal for that price because they didn't write ours for that price and we ended up paying $500 more. Now, in three weeks, this SUV has leaked oil all over the garage because both motor mounts broke within 24-hours of receiving it. Interestingly, they already had the car during the day at the dealership because the maintenance and oil change lights were on, as well as all tire sensors, so how this major issue was missed is baffling to me?!?! When purchasing, we were told there was a trailer hitch underneath the piece on the bumper that pops off. My husband crawled underneath looking at how to pull the piece off and didn't see a hitch, so I brought it back to the dealership and asked about it. Miles, our salesman said it was there and popped the piece off and surprise...no hitch!!! So, after back and forth, they put a hitch on for us. However, when Miles pulled the piece of the bumper off, it didn't go back on the way it was prior to him touching it. Luis, Miles boss told me to bring it back in and they'd put it back on the right way. Well, turns out Miles broke it and after hunting them like I'm on safari, they've decided they're not going to fix it because they "went above and beyond giving me the hitch already." When delivering the car, it was not detailed, nor did either car receive the full tanks of gas we were promised. I did receive $20 worth of gas but none for my husband because Miles saw his friend at the gas station and they started talking about where they were going to meet for beers later that night. Funny how they can get away with not detailing and fixing a minor issue Miles said they would take care of by just putting the third row up to hide it and then blaming you for not getting it in writing. Oh and there was no second key which we told him was a must when we buy a car or we don't purchase but then again, something else we didn't get in writing because we weren't disclosed that they didn't have it until we were pulling out of the dealership after almost 7-hours with our child. And I'll end with the free three-month wi-if subscription Miles tells you he's going to get you for your car...don't even bother listening because when you follow-up for the fifth time, he's going to tell you he doesn't recall in front of his boss, then text you another story, then not reply, then tell you sorry, I can't get it for you!!! Moral of story is don't buy one car here, let alone two, go somewhere that they respect you, your time, money, and want to get your repeated service!!! read more

Someone backed into my vehicle and damaged it. When I got the vehicle and started it, all the sensors were not working with a plethora of warning lights. Precision Collision could not fix it, nor could they account for not noticing it. Off to the care of Gus at Unicars Honda. Wow, what a pleasure it was having Gus manage the repair. It was such a stark difference between the total incompetence of Precision Collision (Palm Desert, CA) and the exceptional service Gus provided. Auto dealership service operations exist on their reputations and those reputations are the result of the technicians, but more so, the person with whom you interface. People like Gus insure Unicars has an exemplary reputation. Gus managed my repair, interfaced with both the body shop and the insurer, and continually called me with updates. In this case Gus sets the standard for the ideal service manager. Unicars Honda should be thankful it has people like Gus. read more

I was having a problem with my Civic --it was making a weird noise and trouble turning over the starter/battery. I called for an appointment, but they said I didn't need one. Just bring your car for a diagnosis. My service agent, Gus, was very friendly and helpful. He even went to the bay, to test what I was describing--of course, the car started right up for him. He explained everything, in easy terminology and that it would be a while for the diagnosis and repair (if needed). He said he would call me with any updates and when it was ready. Gus requested the shuttle (which I really appreciated--not all dealerships do that anymore), Mark, shuttle driver, was very nice. He made sure that he knew if I needed a 'return/pickup' shuttle. Again, something I appreciated. I did need a pickup, but wouldn't know when, until Gus called me, with the results if the diagnosis. Gus called in the afternoon, with the diagnosis, it was the alternator (hence the weird noise). He gave me several options and the differences in price/quality/performance and helped make my decision. Then he told the technician what I had decided and to start the job. It took just over 1hour. Then, Gus, called to tell me that my car was ready. He would send Mark, driver, for pick up, before he was off-duty. Gus had 2 other customers at the same time. No problem. I was on the phone with friend. I was grateful to get my car back, I didn't mind waiting a few minutes. The work on my car had turned my radio off and they were nice enough to look up the re-start code. And they gave it to me to keep too. read more
