The service advisor told me that it could be upwards of 2 $2,000 just to fix the air conditioning. I knew right away that I didn't want to spend anymore money on an old car and made the decision to test drive a brand new 2026 Honda CRV. I immediately fell in love with the car and knew I had to have it and we made it happen! Everyone and I mean everyone at this dealership was so pleasant to work with and made this experience so easy for me. I'm terrible at remembering names and I remember everyone who helped me during this process. So I'd like to give a huge thank you to everyone who made this such a fantastic customer experience: Curtis, Chris, Carlos, Crystal, Aaron, Alex, Ray. This is my third Honda and this experience reminded me of why I've always stuck with Honda. Chris truly went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the sale and I'm so incredibly appreciative of that. I LOVE my car and I am so happy that I made this purchase! What gets me about Exotic Motor Cars is that they don't even try to update their website with the cars they actually have in stock. They keep nice looking cars that have been sold long ago on their website to lure people into the showroom.... which I find is often the case with these types of businesses. They do have a good selection of classic and unusual cars in stock... just not the ones showing on their website.

The good: their staff was generally easy to work with, financing department didn't pull any funny business. The bad: I settled on a price that was slightly above advertised price despite my better judgement, but only after haggling them down 2k from their inflated pre-installed "add-ons". The ugly: Traveled 5 hrs on crutches! - since I am a man of word and came out to settle on the date agreed despite a recent injury. Signed the deal and then learned: 1) car only had 1 fob, 2) an advertised feature (on their website) was absent from the vehicle. When I politely requested this be rectified I was told management would not honor their advertised features - sorry not sorry. So I go through hell to honor my side of a deal and they won't even come up with a few hundred to make things right and honor their clearly advertised features. Needless to say they won't ever get my business again.
