I don't usually leave reviews... but I think when people treat you well you should call it out. I happened to stop in to the lot with a friend to look at a car for him; they some very nice vehicles. I happened to see a car I had a model of as a kid (BMW Z3M) and fell in love and I just mentioned to Sunny I wish I could get it. Long story short, I went back a few times to look at the car and Sunny knocked off an amazing amount of money to fit it in my price range. At no time were they pushy or tried to get me in some other car, they literally hacked the price to make my dream car fit in my budget. I've never heard of such a thing. If you think all car salesmen are alike, you haven't met Ronnie. He is one of the most professional, upfront and honest "salesmen" I have ever met or had the pleasure to do business with. One of the things that sticks out in my mind from buying a car from him was a problem I was having and he said "let me worry about that". He was able to resolve all obstacles in a completely fair and transparent way. Another thing that sticks out in my mind is that the day after I purchased the car from him, I had to call him to let him know I would bring the keys to the trade-in the following day, and he answered the phone and with a cheery voice said "hello Gary!" He didn't know if I was calling with a problem or not, but he still happily took my call. That, to me, told me he didn't drop me after the sale and wasn't afraid for any reason to take my call. Sonny and Mike totally lied about a Convertible Bentley they sold me! 1 week after purchasing the car I had a heart attack and by the time I got out of the hospital the car wouldn't start and after getting it checked out I had to spend over $5000 on it and I still have a couple of problems to workout. Now that I am back on my feet I will drive the 1 and 1/2 hours to file a law suit against both of them and Desert Auto. Maybe I should have done my research first and looked up the car for any problems but these guys sold me a Mercedes that had a bad transmission. According to another mechanic after I bought the car he tells me that the brain inside the transmission was reset with no errors so that when these guys sold the car it would seem like a good transmission. These guys knew what they were doing and pulled over a good one on me selling me a car for nine grand with the transmission going out. Be very careful trying to buy a car from these guys don't be like me do your research before you purchase a car. I am now out $9000 and I have no car. read more

That said, I just had a really great experience purchasing a 2004 BMW 330 ci from Desert Auto. From the get go, both Vanya and Sunny were friendly and personable -- but more important than that...they were knowledgable about their inventory. (Pretty fun, high end inventory as well) When I think about the time between definitively deciding to purchase the car to the time I drove the car home, well, let's say "integrity" comes to mind. There was a small dime sized dent/blemish on the rear passenger side of the car -- they agreed to take care of it for me. They delivered on their promise; going above and beyond to honor their word. Getting a nice finished look required painting that whole side of the car. They did an immaculate job. Let's face it, going to buy a car can put one on edge....feeling like you're gonna get ripped off and/or buy a lemon. It's that whole "car salesman thing"....try as you might, you just can't put it out of your head. Purchased a 2004 Infiniti I35 from these people and had it shipped to Texas.. Experience was horrible. Carfax was clean and pictures looked OK. Information about payment wasn't correct and ended up costing me an extra $400 to ship. When car arrived it was absolutely horrible. Right rear door and quarter panel had body work done to them and were repainted. They must have only paid a few hundred dollars for the job as the work was absolutely horrible. Car had never been waxed in it's entire life and had dents, scratches and stains in the paint well over 30 or 40 places. The interior was disgusting and they never attempted to even clean it a little. The leather was close to not being able to bring it back to life. One key and no key FOB. No floor mats. Front end issues and A/C did not blow cold. When I first tried to get pictures when it was first advertised they said it was being serviced. Oil was dirty and low, it was not serviced. I'm assuming the "service" was the body shop work that was being done. Took a month after purchase of car to finally get title. Alex was nice enough and communicated well but the owner of the place cannot be trusted. There are only a couple of employees and no one seems to communicate with each other. A lot of these smaller independent lots are buying cars that are wrecked with a clean Carfax and fixing them themselves and the work never gets reported to anyone. I looked at quite a few cars in the Dallas area and came across the same thing. Seems to be a trend nationwide. Do not buy a car from these people unless you look at it and drive it first. read more

Nice guys... but you need to be VERY careful. The cars might LOOK good, but if you can't TAKE to your mechanic and let him inspect it ON A LIFT, walk away ... fast. Forget how it LOOKS... get a thumbs-up from the DEALER'S MECHANIC... not some crappy cheap greasy mechanic. Or you might be sorry! Went in with 2 friends a few months ago. Bought what I thought was a nice shiny import. Lots of problems... and it's a good German car. Bought a 2006 bmw 325i from them I told them to fix the headlight on the car and lug nut and regulator and they said yes no problem , took me two weeks to get the car and asked them if the vehicle was fixed and they said no that Tommorow said it 3 times in 3 different days they cared more about the money than anything , when I got the vehicle they never fixed any of the things they said they were going to fix the headlight had a wiring problem that are a complete mess and is going to cost me a lot to fix, when I lifted the vehicle up on a rack there was a mess of oil that seems to be leaking from the rear main seal, all the brakes on the car are bad along with pads overall bullshit place, sonny lied about a lot of shit don't believe when they say they will fix it they won't . read more
