Worst customer service experience I've ever had…read more My experience with Kelly Rodriguez was incredibly disappointing. I found the way this situation was handled to be dishonest, unprofessional, and completely lacking in accountability. I began having an issue with my front bumper camera only two weeks after purchasing my vehicle. When I scheduled the warranty appointment, I specifically provided a photo of the front bumper/camera showing exactly what the issue was. When Daniel came out, he told me they somehow thought the appointment was for my rearview mirror camera--which makes absolutely no sense considering the only photo I submitted was of the FRONT BUMPER. Daniel acknowledged the misunderstanding and told me it was no problem and that they would replace the correct camera at no cost within two days. Then Kelly called and suddenly told me I would have to pay $267. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of accountability. Kelly acknowledged that THEY made the mistake, yet still refused to honor what two different people had already promised me--that the camera would be replaced at no cost as a one-time courtesy. Kelly has also never answered a single one of my calls or returned any of my messages despite my repeated attempts to reach her. When I asked for corporate contact information or information for her supervisor so I could escalate the issue, she refused to provide it. This isn't simply about $267. It's about integrity and standing behind what you tell a customer. If your company makes a mistake and two representatives tell a customer it will be corrected at no cost, you should honor that commitment. I have completely lost trust in this location and will never bring my vehicle here again. I will also be contacting corporate directly and filing a formal complaint regarding how this situation was handled.
