One of the worst dealerships I have ever been to. I'm currently queuing with four other customers, waiting to pick my car up while one of their customer service agents argues with a customer. I brought my Nissan in for an oil change and before they even took the keys they tried to scam me into replacing the rear brakes on my 2016 Murano for over $400. I just checked the inspection report and the rear brakes passed inspection (picture attached). If you can, don't take your car to these guys. They can't be trusted.

The wife and I were looking for a solid second vehicle, we've rented and drove a Nissan Rogue a few times and really like the look , size and handling. So we started looking for a reliable used one online. She found what we liked at Torre Nissan. A super clean 2017 Nissan Rouge SL. Our sales person Emilio Gutierrez was polite, professional and unlike several sales people we've had the misfortune in dealing with didn't try to hard sell us. Anyone who's ever stepped into a dealership I'm sure can appreciate being treated with respect and professionalism, that's what you'll find if you choose to buy from the fellas at Torre Nissan. Thank you Martin, Joel, Mario and especially Emilio for a painless buying experience! A great vehicle at a great price.

Took My Rubicon in the get the serpentine belt replaced, to do that you have to take off the air…read moreintake and a few other parts. So while they were in there I ask them to change my radiator hose witch you have to take off all the same parts as the belt. Well they charged the same labor for the belt as they did for the hose even though they had all the parts removed already and they charged Me $114.00 for the hose. I pulled it up on mopar web site and it is a $44.98 part. so the labor for the serpentine belt was $314.00 and labor for the radiator hose was the same $314.00 to install 2 hose clamps and a new hose a little ridiculous I think You might want to try TECH - AGE AUTO THEY WORK ON ANY BRAND AND THEY ARE HONEST PEOPLE

My husband decided to take the ride out to Indio to check out the car since it was over 100 miles away from us. (Yes, that's how much we liked the car lol) Long story very short, everyone we came in contact with was professional & respectful. They were not "pushy salesmen" like most people are used to at car dealerships. They made us feel welcomed instead of just a sale to them. Upon inspection of the car, we did notice something was broken. They acknowledged that they missed it & fixed the problem without any issues. When we got home, unfortunately there was another issue with the vehicle that we immediately brought to their attention. We had to drive back in for service on the initial broken part, so they looked at the new issue too. Everything was fixed according to the service dept. We got home & realized unfortunately the 2nd issue was not resolved. We called them & they set us up to be taken care of at a local repair center due to the distance from our house to the dealership (they did an exceptional job btw) All in all, even with a few hiccups - we couldn't be happier with their service & professionalism. Things happen & nothing is ever going to go perfectly smooth, that's life- but, wow. They made sure to make things right & went above & beyond to make sure we were taken care of, communicated with us & never left us wondering. **side note - the facility was clean, the restrooms were kept up & clean, they had waters, coffee & vending machines for you while you wait. Plenty of parking. We had our kids with us & to me, those are all huge pluses (especially the restrooms) Thank you! Joey & Horacio, thank you both for your help!

Run, don't walk away! Terrible service from these…read moreincompetent liars. A simple oil change turned in to a 4 1/2 hour lying session. After even having an early morning appointment, they still stole my time and worse. Upon receiving my very new Yukon back, I noticed a small ding and fresh scratch on my right front fender. Unfortunately it wasn't until I got back home. It was as if their incompetent technician dropped a tool or wrench during my oil change. Not only will I never purchase a vehicle from these very shady and dishonest people again, but I will tell 20 more people! Own up to your short comings! Shame on your pathetic dealer.
