They have a wide variety of products for your smoking needs plus other stuff. I like to come in and look around. The staff when I have been there has always been helpful. A lot of locally made products are here. It has a case with hundreds of glass pipes. They sell some clothing too. It's fun looking around even if not sure what you're buying. You can find some nice presents. A staff member will always help you find something. The prices are not bad on some items. Older issues of High Times are half off. The jewelry is gorgeous and as someone who is a huge fan of gemstones the selection is truly impressive. They beautiful statues varying from wolves, Buddha's, mermaids, witches, foxes, and even cats. There tons of different candles, as well as options for burning sage. They also have a lot of great information on how to properly smudge. There was a line out the door and due to social distancing guidelines they are limiting the amount of people allowed in at a time which was much appreciated. It was also well worth the wait! We ended up picking up the most lovely and unique gifts. The staff were also super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back next time I'm in town!

I bought a ring from Jennifer that she said she had made. She even stated "this isn't from China, I…read moremade it!" I got home and saw that the ring was clearly marked China. I went to return it the next day, which was not allowed although she had misrepresented the product to me. It was exchanged for another ring, which she claimed to have made that was clearly marked India. I did not argue with this because I realized what I was dealing with. In the meantime, there was another ring which I had placed in layaway. I went two times to pay on it on days and times that the shop was supposed to be open. (this is a 50 mile round-trip for me) and she was not there. I managed to make one payment over the phone. I called early in June to try to either make a payment or arrange for pickup of my ring. This call was not returned until July 23. Apparently she had food poisoning that prevented her from returning calls for 6 weeks. She suggested making an appointment with me and assured me that she would be there today at 1:00pm so I could get the ring. She did not show. I called her and she said, "honey, I'm not going to be there until 2:00pm." I told her that I was tired of excuses and she could just keep my money and the ring (over $100). She said that was not going to happen. She said this time that she was in an accident. I told her I was tired of the stories and I hoped she enjoyed my cash gift to her. I have no idea how anyone can stay in business with this behavior. I had a sinking feeling that she would not show today when I left on my journey there. I have literally driven 150 miles, given her over $100, and I have gotten nothing in return.

Since then, I had a few more opportunities working with him, as well as referring him to my friends for their jewelry need. We only heard all good things about Mr. Nguyen, including some difficult fixes or custom designs and they were all happy with the result. One mentioned because he is the only jewelry technician with a Master's degree in his field in this state of Ohio, so nothing is much challenging to him, to be trusted with the most important and valuable items from the customers, not to mention he has invested in some special laser devices that not many stores have, which made things perfectly cut and customized. Besides, I love to support this family-owned local business, with friendly staff, honest owner, clean space, and most importantly, elegant selection of jewelry.
