He is knowledgeable, experienced, intelligent, and fair as they come. I know it has become popular to scream bias and make allegations against real estate professionals in the past 24-36 months, anytime an appraiser doesn't agree with Zillow, who I have found to be a terrible indication of real value in my dealings. Mr. Nagle is anything but biased, and fair in every dealing I have had with him, even when the value didn't really benefit me as much as I had hoped, I can still say that he was fair and professional as any appraiser I have ever dealt with.
