Then a problem arose in which his expensive laser testing tool said my bar wasn't gold. It was sealed in a plastic case to protect the bar and the maker's stamping. He suggested I call the company from whom I bought it, which I did but they offered no help. I went back to Tony and asked him to remove the container and rescan it - and all was well. Throughout all this Tony was considerate and helpful, as well as teaching me all the aspects about this sort of thing. I feel like he is a man of integrity and clearly he knows his business! Highly recommend. I will be back to sell my coin collection.

The pendant was "trapped" on its chain due to a very extensive mess of tangles and knots. I was ready to just cut the chain, as I did not think it could be untangled. I brought the tangled mess of chain with me to just try to match its look. The staff was amazing... Jordan immediately took the chain to try and get the knots out... and Rebecca worked with me to try and find a new chain. Jordan unbelievably recovered the chain... and Rebecca found a chain for me... which I bought. The intire store vide and service was top tier!

The merchandise is very fun and unique, so my girls were exciting and were looking for interesting souvenirs to take home. The shop owner began following my girls very closesly throughout the store, she aggressively reprimanded them for having fun & trying on hats. We were basically rushed out of the shop. My girls said they felt unwelcomed and unwanted. Not sure if it was their age, or their color, but we will not be going back to this shop.
