First, how can you have a burger joint that doesn't have pickles?? I tried this place due to a review on Go Gilbert and I will not be going back. If I'm going to pay $9 for a burger it better be special and this one wasn't. The burger itself was flavorless AND they don't offer salt. How weird is that? I can get a fast food burger for a lot less money and much tastier. Service was excellent but it didn't make up for the tasteless cardboard with no pickle burger. Yum!! I ate it so fast there was no time for a picture. There is no comparison to others this taste is fresh out of the kitchen. I'm very particular about food and the quality of meat at other places is so low I actually prefer to make my burgers myself. I'm excited to say I can go out for a burger again! Full of flavors! Almost an automatic 5 star based on their attention and care when it comes to offering a "gluten free" menu. They have what looks like a dedicated fryer for the fries and their waffle fries are 10/10, burgers are great too and available with a fresh gluten free bun. They had absolutely no issues making a gluten free veggie grilled cheese as well. Highly recommend, especially if you're from the celiac gang. read more

After hearing about this burger place from neighbors , I told my husband we had to try them out. Today was the day! We looked up the menu ahead of time and found out that you can order from their mobile app. So I downloaded it and that's what we did. We ordered a couple burgers , waffle fries and a strawberry milk shake . They do not have any indoor seating but they did have a couple tables and chairs outside. So we sat outside to eat when we picked up our order. The staff was friendly and the burgers were absolutely delicious. We especially loved the waffle fries and UGB sauce . First time going here. My daughter got the UG single and I got the double. The burgers were really great. Messy in a good way. Very well seasoned. They displayed "Best burger in Queen Creek" and I'd agree with that. The shakes wre also really good. The strawberry shake was peices of fresh strawberries in it. After stumbling upon underground burger on Grubhub, I quickly looked up other reviews and it caught my eye! And, I'm so glad it did. What I enjoyed most from my burger, was the simplicity of it. The burger meat was cooked just right and had basic toppings and it was so tasty. Of course, can't forget about the waffle fries! I loooovveee FRIES and these hit the spot! I work next to this establishment and visit pretty often. The staff always greets you the exact moment you walk in the door and they are all very friendly people. The only thing better than the service is the food! Although it is pretty damn expensive I think it is worth it ten times over. Ordered a few burgers and a milkshake. Right off the bat, the milkshake tasted like it had chemicals in it. They remade it which was nice. The burgers tasted good, got the labels wrong on them and I ordered all 3 well done but all 3 were pink and still mooing basically. However, my 3 stars are based a few things I personally factored in: For starters, a meal for 4 (2 adults/2 kids) was $60! (That didn't even include fries and drinks for everyone) They have literally 3 burgers on the menu, and none of them are kid friendly in terms or price and size. Portions are massive so bring an appetite. The fries are really good- they remind me of the Rallys fries or the curly fries at Arbys- it has that coating over a waffle fry. Nice and crispy. Horrible customer service, tried a burger this time and it was under cooked, had grease dripping off the soggy bun. Toppings were wilted and just not good.
