Watch what you get from these guys. make sure you check online first, they charge double maybe almost triple if you buy from their store. Now I see why their store is always empty. Tried to upgrade to a king size bed the next day after paying $2,500 for a queen mattress and adjustable base which is only 600 online For the adjustable base. Mattress is good but also cheaper online. my fault should've known. I'm sure they'll be out of business soon, no one buys from them I should've known Just by the guys vibe in front doesn't even know really his job just there to chill and make easy money. Customer service was okay. Mattress is okay. They sold me a bed cover for $160 and later realized it was worth $45 on amazon. Beware of pricing because it's a ripoff. Amazon has the same 15 year warranty. I was told delivery and mattress pickup would be free. I was never told it was in a package. Be more clear with your clients and don't say it's free when it's a "starter package". read more

So, after having a HORRIBLE experience at Oak Liquidators (feel free to read my review), my husband and I decided to go to The Bed Store to see what they could do for us. We were in search of a dining room table, and low and behold, they had booklets that you could search through to find exactly what you were looking for! Once we decided on a table, we then ordered our chairs separately, no problem (we didn't like the chairs that came with the table that we fell in love with). Joe, the salesmen who was there at the time, was awesome! He did research on every piece that we wanted, to make sure it was in stock and available, before we made our purchase. We set up a delivery time and were out the door with an killer deal! (They do military discounts, which go VERY far in this town :) When the men delivered our table, they were extremely friendly/courteous and got the job done quickly and efficiently. They also cleaned up after themselves, took all the trash with them and we were left with our beautiful table, and nothing else! Where to start? The service was amazing! We were immediately greeted by Tim who was very knowledgeable and educated myself and my husband about the quality of mattresses. We decided right away on a mattress and adjustable base with Tim's help. He answered all of our questions and was very patient with us. I will not buy another bed from the Bed Store. What I received was not the same as the bed I saw in the store. It seems okay when first lying on it, but it sags fairly quickly and feels hard as a rock during the night. I was supposed to receive the bed in three weeks, but it took seven weeks and several phone calls to get it delivered. read more

HORRIBLE!!!!!! We spent over $7000 on a split cal king set that unfortunatly was not great for me. My back has been killing me for almost 3 months now. Lucky for us the bed also came with a 120 guarantee, so i decided to do just that. I have been back to the store 4x now and each time Deby the store manager keeps telling me to use as much of my 120 as possible. We are at about 3 months in and i can barely walk in the morning from lower back pain at this point. My husband like the bed and so i just want to swap out my side. Deby (store manager) and Frank (sales mamager) tell me i am going to have to pay $250 restocking fee and $50 delivery fee (although i can pick it up myself they wont let me). Apparently the bed i like does not come in a cal king only standard king so we decide that we will then exchange both halves so they will match well now the fee is over $500. WHAT!!!!! by the way the bed i chose was several hundred dollars less but acording to "Deby" i have to forfit that amount. So in a nut shell my husband and i now have two differnet bed sizes lost a considerable credit and Still had to pay over $300..... the manager and sales manager neither of whom were helpful in anyway other than confusing us more and more each visit...
