We ordered the one recliner and we were told it would be in on Tuesday. ( We bought everything on Saturday) And yes today is Tuesday and they were in as promised. Matt was our salesperson and he was extremely professional, friendly and helpful. As soon as we walked in he greeted us and explained where everything was located. We said we wanted to look around and he respected that and let us browse the store. When we had questions, he was available. I appreciated the fact that he was patient with my mom, who is a older and likes to chat a lot! Customer service is very important and if we hadn't received that upon arriving we probably would have turned around and left. There were other salespeople walking around and I did notice they weren't as friendly. I don't understand that when a customer is in a store and a staff member walks by and can't even say hello. They just walk by looking straight ahead so not to make eye contact....strange. So again, Thanks Matt for making our shopping trip fast and easy.

Fast forward, day two, after sleeping on the floor and not hearing from the delivery team, I called the store and was told that it is set for a delivery date when I'll be out of town/working. Thus a breach of a verbal contract. To put the icing on the cake, when speaking with the sales rep on the phone, not the one I worked with, he stated since he wasn't the one that did the sale, he can't confirm what was said and if that was even said. For those reading this, what the sales person just said, is that he doesn't trust what I'm telling him to be true, as the customer, and essentially throwing out there that I could be lying. The gal, absolute gal. I purchased the bed because of the delivery date and time, and then to turn around and have the store not be able to help at all, do nothing for the inconvenience and then notion that I could be lying is beyond anything. Do not come here, do not do business here, they will break their word (verbal contract).

I was greeted by Jojo and let her know I was there for two reasons: to see if my mattress I previously purchased had a warranty and if not, I needed to purchase a new mattress. Without even looking, she stated that they "switched systems" and was unable to look. I let her know that what she said was a lie because I was here this past October for an unrelated reason and at that time, my previous purchase was viewable. She called for Freddy and ask him if they could still see past purchases because I had called her a liar (right in front of me). I corrected her real fast and Freddy took over. The store wreaked of Jojo's perfume and I started to get a headache. I stand corrected because Freddy was only able to pull up my 2018 purchase and not the 2017 purchase I was inquiring about. He instructed me what to do at home to see if I had a warranty and how that processed worked. There are many Mattress Firm locations and I will not return to this one; however, if you do come here ask for Freddy as he has excellent customer service! Thank you Freddy.
