I'm only giving my review a 2-star because Freddy saved the day. No customers in store when I…read morearrived. I was greeted by Jojo and let her know I was there for two reasons: to see if my mattress I previously purchased had a warranty and if not, I needed to purchase a new mattress. Without even looking, she stated that they "switched systems" and was unable to look. I let her know that what she said was a lie because I was here this past October for an unrelated reason and at that time, my previous purchase was viewable. She called for Freddy and ask him if they could still see past purchases because I had called her a liar (right in front of me). I corrected her real fast and Freddy took over. The store wreaked of Jojo's perfume and I started to get a headache. I stand corrected because Freddy was only able to pull up my 2018 purchase and not the 2017 purchase I was inquiring about. He instructed me what to do at home to see if I had a warranty and how that processed worked. There are many Mattress Firm locations and I will not return to this one; however, if you do come here ask for Freddy as he has excellent customer service! Thank you Freddy.

I really hope that I won't have to do that... I stopped in at Mattress Land because the Tempur-Pedic website lists them las an Elite retailer for Tempur-Pedic mattresses. I was promptly greeted by the store manager who listed to my needs. There was absolutely no pressure from Wesley while doing my Goldilocks routine of determining which mattress was just right. I couldn't figure out which set was better so I was given the computerized SleepFIT test. Wesley entered my info into a computer. He then had me lie down on a bed with pressure sensors which determines which type of bed and pillows are recommended for you. A printout lists each of the mattresses available at Mattress Land that should be right for you. My mattress set purchase also included a pair of Tempur-Pedic pillows at a value of $300. I really appreciate the no pressure environment that I experienced in order to make the correct choice for my aching back, neck and shoulder.

The store is spacious, clean and stocked with all of their furniture options. We worked with Josie who was great as she patiently helped my niece select her table and chairs, along with an area rug for underneath. We were able to see the set in the store, but we were told to expect a wait of 7 weeks for the dining set to be delivered. It did not take 7 weeks...maybe 3. Josie kept us informed along the way. The furniture at Bob's is affordable and can be a good value if you are only looking at the cost, but I'm not exactly sold on the quality.

CONSUMER CAUTION We purchased a Tempur-Pedic mattress and…read moreadjustable base from this store in May/June 2025 for approximately $5,000. Our written sales contract included a $500 bedding accessory credit. As of December 16, 2025--over seven months later--we have still not received all accessories owed to us under that agreement. Since the purchase, we have contacted the store multiple times seeking fulfillment. We were given inconsistent explanations, including that items were sold out, already shipped, or should have already been received. The contract does not limit or define how the accessory credit must be used, and the written restrictions were disclosed to us at the time of sale He also did not put the amount next to each accesory item youre supoose to be getting so, Im not sure if youre getting the full $500. In November 2025, after continued follow-ups, we went into the store in person. We declined used demo items after the 6 mo of no product and failure to deliver and instead selected two new Tempur-Pedic pillows for him to repurchase. We received an "invoice" and were told the items would be delivered to the store and then hand-delivered due to prior delivery issues. As of today January 2026, those pillows and additonal acessories have still not been delivered. Imagine that. Based on our experience, we believe consumers should proceed with caution. In our opinion, it should not take months of repeated follow-ups to receive items that were contractually promised and paid for. The ongoing delays and shifting explanations raise concerns about reliability, follow-through, and customer accountability. Consumers may wish to be aware that under California consumer protection laws, businesses are generally required to: -Deliver goods as promised -Avoid misleading representations -Fulfill contracts within a reasonable timeframe. IMO The furniture deal fails to do all. You really cant please everyone, especially when this is your conduct. In researching this issue, I became aware through publicly available court records that this business/owner has previously been involved in lawsuits related to customer disputes. While others may have had different experiences, this information combined with my own, causes concern for future consumers.

Overall, it's a great, no-pressure experience where you can sit and sample as many comfy couches as your heart desires. My mother-in-law was in need of a new sofa set for her family room and we thought the Labor Day sale, where everything is basically half off was about as good as it gets when looking for the best option to suit her needs. The furniture here, from the leather couches to the dressers to the beds and the mattresses, is all high quality. It's a vast, air conditioned warehouse with plenty to choose from. The gal helping us was very sweet. However, there was one hiccup in that when we were about to leave we decided to buy a world map they used as decor that they had now discounted to $5. Instead of this process being a simple transaction, it involved ten minutes of jumping back and forth between two registers across the store from one another and giving them a whole bunch of my info from name to email to address. It was annoying because it was a discounted picture, not a new bedroom set. Other than that I can't complain.
