Did not install the furniture upon delivery as they promised. The build of the furniture is cheap. Awful delivery experience.

I know very little about furniture stores, but I know quality when I see it. Walking into Ashley with my family in tow, I wasn't quite sure what to expect. Overall, it's a great, no-pressure experience where you can sit and sample as many comfy couches as your heart desires. My mother-in-law was in need of a new sofa set for her family room and we thought the Labor Day sale, where everything is basically half off was about as good as it gets when looking for the best option to suit her needs. The furniture here, from the leather couches to the dressers to the beds and the mattresses, is all high quality. It's a vast, air conditioned warehouse with plenty to choose from. The gal helping us was very sweet. However, there was one hiccup in that when we were about to leave we decided to buy a world map they used as decor that they had now discounted to $5. Instead of this process being a simple transaction, it involved ten minutes of jumping back and forth between two registers across the store from one another and giving them a whole bunch of my info from name to email to address. It was annoying because it was a discounted picture, not a new bedroom set. Other than that I can't complain.

My family had a good experience here and mom finally picked out a sofa and love seat with reclining ends on all sides. Super comfy and the coffee color looks rich/lush and with the accent tables (2 ends and a coffee table) in that off white will be a great addition to her den. The sales associate was Eddie. He was super nice, attentive and didn't overload us. Rather he knew when to give space and when to check in. Suck a skill that most associates don't have but he's got it!!! I think he's kinda new in this realm but I have to say he's definitely got customer service skills down where others could learn from him. He's not a hawk leaking over ya and he's definitely a multitasking in between tending to other customers. Now that's good for the business! They always have some kind of sales and definitely a variety of household items. The couches should be delivered within 2 days and the tables are on back order, but that's fine. It's all on one delivery fee! Just hope they set up the items accordingly since I won't be here to inspect it with my mom but I'll ensure she knows what to look for or send them back. The end tables were super cute that we got two sets, one for moms home and the other for my brothers family's home.

Wow wow! Carla did a great job helping grandma choose a chair. Super professional, kind, and showed grandma all her options so she could make an informed decision. Carla encouraged my grandma to choose what she was comfortable with before the final decision. Ask for Carla!!!​

While the prices where decent, the selection is low due to increased furniture purchases caused by COVID-19 and folks trying to make their homes more comfortable while being locked down. The furniture here is not my style, kind of generic and visually heavy; nothing wrong with that, but not my taste. I received exceptional service from Christina who was very patient with me and my hesitation to purchasing items that I did not love. After about an hour of perusing the store several times, Christina finally got me out the door with a couple of things and she was just as accommodating when I returned 2 days later to cancel my orders. No guilt trips by Christina or management handling my large refund. I appreciate the help and highly recommend this Mor Furniture for Less location. Be sure to check out the clearance building located behind the main store for great marked down items.

He helped us find a full bedroom and living room set, applied every discount available, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Brandon was awesome--never pushy, super easy to talk to, and genuinely helpful. All the staff we interacted with were great, and the free popcorn and sodas were a fun bonus. Highly recommend asking for Brandon or Miles!

I knew La-Z-Boy wasn't going to be cheap, but I figured it was worth a look. The moment we started sitting on couches, the difference was undeniable. The cushions, the stitching, the fabric -- everything just felt better. There was no comparing it to what we'd seen elsewhere. We still have a La-Z-Boy couch we bought in 2017 sitting in my husband's office, fully functional, no issues. That kind of quality speaks for itself. We came in because the Costco sectional we'd been living with was a disaster -- broken zippers, lumpy cushions after just two years. We wanted an upgrade that would actually last. Robert Z made it impossible to say no. Zero percent financing (seriously, who does that anymore?), delivery and taxes taken off during a flash sale -- we saved hundreds. The whole experience was low pressure, and he clearly knew his stuff. If you're on the fence about the price, just go sit on one of their couches. You'll understand immediately. We went from "just browsing" to buying the same day, and we have zero regrets.

He was very professional very knowledgeable and what we appreciated most was he gave us some space but made sure to check back should we have any questions. We found the recliners and love them. I'm very disappointed with the lack of communication and accountability with this store. I will say…read morethat our salesman Doug was great and has still been trying to help get our issues resolved. We purchased a dining room set and all was wonderful until it was delivered. The delivery men didn't know what they were doing, stated that they had never put that dining set together before, and at one point stated that if they weren't done by 5pm they were leaving as is because the following day was his last day. The table was damaged as if it was dropped on the corner and one of the chairs legs was split and chipped when being assembled because they put the screw in to far. He did take pictures and sent those to someone at the store and told me to do the same so they could either repair or replace my dining set. I have made several attempts with the help of Doug the salesman that is no longer there, to contact the owner or someone from the store. I have received one call back from Raneem with Bill the owner in the background who stated they would have Sergio contact me the following week which has not happened. I have again been calling & texting the number that Raneem called me from and have received no response. The Visalia store is now closed, I was told they were moving locations to Fresno. I will continue to try to make contact so I can get my dining set repaired or replaced. I definitely would not recommend anyone to purchase from the store in FRESNO due to the lack of accountability, customer service, communication, etc.
