I was greeted by Jojo and let her know I was there for two reasons: to see if my mattress I previously purchased had a warranty and if not, I needed to purchase a new mattress. Without even looking, she stated that they "switched systems" and was unable to look. I let her know that what she said was a lie because I was here this past October for an unrelated reason and at that time, my previous purchase was viewable. She called for Freddy and ask him if they could still see past purchases because I had called her a liar (right in front of me). I corrected her real fast and Freddy took over. The store wreaked of Jojo's perfume and I started to get a headache. I stand corrected because Freddy was only able to pull up my 2018 purchase and not the 2017 purchase I was inquiring about. He instructed me what to do at home to see if I had a warranty and how that processed worked. There are many Mattress Firm locations and I will not return to this one; however, if you do come here ask for Freddy as he has excellent customer service! Thank you Freddy.

I was promptly greeted by the store manager who listed to my needs. There was absolutely no pressure from Wesley while doing my Goldilocks routine of determining which mattress was just right. I couldn't figure out which set was better so I was given the computerized SleepFIT test. Wesley entered my info into a computer. He then had me lie down on a bed with pressure sensors which determines which type of bed and pillows are recommended for you. A printout lists each of the mattresses available at Mattress Land that should be right for you. My mattress set purchase also included a pair of Tempur-Pedic pillows at a value of $300. I really appreciate the no pressure environment that I experienced in order to make the correct choice for my aching back, neck and shoulder.

I received exceptional service from Christina who was very patient with me and my hesitation to purchasing items that I did not love. After about an hour of perusing the store several times, Christina finally got me out the door with a couple of things and she was just as accommodating when I returned 2 days later to cancel my orders.
