We were interested in two pieces, but we did finally make a decision and we ended up coming back for the piece that we wanted yes it was pricey, but it's beautiful and it's worth it. She had it delivered to our home and we kind of got everything for the wall unit for our store and she has very cute items. I mean things you cannot find anywhere but they have great customer service and actually the owner works there so you know she's gonna and I didn't even know until I asked her for her name at the end and she said Janine and I said wait a minute the owner she's like yeah I said oh wow but she was very helpful. She switched up the items in the unit with no hesitation no complaints and she helped me decorate it well anyways now it's sitting in my home beautiful peace and I do highly recommend if you're looking for quality. She has some great pieces of furniture in her store that are beautiful and I highly recommend great customer service a little on the high-end on the prices, but you get what you paid for. It's just a beautiful story. You just need to walk and take a look and believe me you'll be purchasing an item for your home.

Will come back for more inspiration! :) Rated it a 4 cuz prices are on the higher end; but makes sense cuz quality and uniqueness of the items are great!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!…read more If there is ever anything wrong with their products, they don't care! I am very unhappy with the customer service we have received from Marcela's. We purchased a couch from them that we have taken care of very well, but it has started to fall apart. We are not hard on our furniture. Our kids do not stand or jump on it, we clean regularly, we don't sleep on it for hours at at time, and we never wear shoes in the house so shoes have never gotten near it. A couch should last longer than a few years without the piping breaking and poking through the material, the cushions not holding up at all, and other tears and pulls in the material. We called them multiple times about it. The customer service has been terrible every time. First they ask for pictures of the couch. We take the time to send the pics and never hear anything back. We call them back again later and they say they need to see our receipt. We tell them that we don't have it but ask if they have it on record. (The couch took months to arrive in the first place. They have to have a record of it). They tell us that they keep records but it would be "impossible" to find because they file it by month and year. So we tell them the month and year that we purchased it. They say that they will try and look it up and get back to us. We have never heard anything back from them. For that matter we never heard anything back from them when we were continually waiting for the couch to arrive. I honestly don't know why they wouldn't want to help us to be happy. We are the type that would definitely go back if the service is good and we would tell everyone. It's too bad because now we will tell everyone how bad it is. I would welcome a response to this and an actual solution to the issues we are having with the couch

My mom was wanting a few pieces of furniture and didn't want to spend a lot of money…read more She picked out a small dinette, sofa, 2 matching rocker recliners, a small end table and they were all in stock except one for one of the recliners. We ordered the one recliner and we were told it would be in on Tuesday. ( We bought everything on Saturday) And yes today is Tuesday and they were in as promised. Matt was our salesperson and he was extremely professional, friendly and helpful. As soon as we walked in he greeted us and explained where everything was located. We said we wanted to look around and he respected that and let us browse the store. When we had questions, he was available. I appreciated the fact that he was patient with my mom, who is a older and likes to chat a lot! Customer service is very important and if we hadn't received that upon arriving we probably would have turned around and left. There were other salespeople walking around and I did notice they weren't as friendly. I don't understand that when a customer is in a store and a staff member walks by and can't even say hello. They just walk by looking straight ahead so not to make eye contact....strange. So again, Thanks Matt for making our shopping trip fast and easy.
