Recently we went, the manager and the associate were following my uncle around the store thinking he was stealing when he was literally just waiting around for me, my mom and aunt to be done shopping. We didn't know that they were following him until my mom noticed the associate was staring him down watching his every move when he's literally just standing there looking around.The manager came and apologized to us and was acting like she wasn't just following him around the whole time saying that they watch people close that are around the jewelry section but he wasn't even close around that area, if anything me and my mom were there longer than he was, and they never once looked at me, my mom or aunt like we were thieves. Mind you we didn't even know that THE MANAGER was following him around until he told us in the car. Quite unprofessional on the managers behalf, if you think we're stealing why don't you just look at the millions of cameras you guys have instead of just following your customers around making them feel uncomfortable because you think they're stealing, Clearly you want to chase your customers away.

I came in looking for a sprinkler head and normally need help trying to find the right one and help is hard to come by in the larger stores. I've only been here once before many years ago so I was weary they would even have what I was looking for. I asked the young lady as I walked in and she directed me to their well stocked and displayed arrangement of sprinkles. I easily found what I was looking for as I had the broken one in hand and their set up made it super easy to find. I even got a second option upon checking out to make sure I had the right one and she concurred with me it was correct. She asked if I was military and got my discount too which I don't ask for so even that made up for a slightly higher price. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for and it couldn't be more true in place. They're considerably smaller than one of the big box stores, but still have an excellent selection of hardware and home decor items. Next time I'm in Lemoore I'll make sure I pay this place a visit for my hardware needs. Excellent service and great, organized selection!

So the broken ballerina and all her bits were brought over and Ryan undertook restoration. The piece was picked-up today and - wow. It is perfectly restored to its original beauty and amazingly so. Ryan actually pieced together every little chip, masterfully filling any gaps and matching even the paint to its original sentimental state. His response, was, it's no longer under warranty! You don't care about warranty when your trying to fix a leaking problem damaging your floor. The attitude of the owner was uncooperative. Their Installation was not done correctly and has had cost & headaches to try to fix! No stars from my experience with Cloud Nine Construction!

Purchased a dish washer from them 4 years ago and purchased their "expert" installation. Fast…read moreforward to a couple weeks so I noticed some water damage on the kitchen island coming from around where the dish washer was installed. Pulled out the dish washer and confirmed it was leaking, however I discovered something else concerning. The back of the dish washer had melted to a wire to one of the outlets connected to the island creating a fire hazard. Contacted customer support about this negligent install and the potential fire they could have created. No luck the washer is out of warranty, which I understand about the dish washer my gripe was with the install itself and they could have burnt my house down. They still didn't want to take any responsibility so I contacted BBB about this, meanwhile their Executive of Customer Relations contacted me and wanted me to wait a week for her to look into this and get back to me... She calls me today to inform me that they could do nothing because of an earthquake that could of shifted the washer... what a joke.
