This business owner. Brian is one of the most unreliable, undependable, and dishonest person's i have ever encountered. This man tells customers to text him on all related matters because it is his preferred method to communicate with his customers. He does respond to text messages and he never will answer incoming calls. The only way to make contact with man is if you show up in person at his showroom. However, he does the dog and pony show and will make promises that he never fulfills. Do not buy from this man who uses inadequate subcontractors to install the flooring he sells you. Another missing molding

Brian was really great at getting my floors done...responsive to texts, etc. but two moldings were missing so i waited patiently for him to order them. Time passes and Covid happens. After almost a year I reach out and he's again, quick to respond...but no follow up. Waiting. Text again...he's still on it. Then my sister in law moves into town and she gets some work done by Brian (I still gave him the benefit of doubt and referred my SIL to him)...she also lets him know that we're still waiting for the moldings. He's like yea of course...I'll reach out. Nothing. He is now not responding to any of my texts or picking up any of my calls. Please don't support this establishment. He's not an honest businessman.

CONSUMER CAUTION We purchased a Tempur-Pedic mattress and…read moreadjustable base from this store in May/June 2025 for approximately $5,000. Our written sales contract included a $500 bedding accessory credit. As of December 16, 2025--over seven months later--we have still not received all accessories owed to us under that agreement. Since the purchase, we have contacted the store multiple times seeking fulfillment. We were given inconsistent explanations, including that items were sold out, already shipped, or should have already been received. The contract does not limit or define how the accessory credit must be used, and the written restrictions were disclosed to us at the time of sale He also did not put the amount next to each accesory item youre supoose to be getting so, Im not sure if youre getting the full $500. In November 2025, after continued follow-ups, we went into the store in person. We declined used demo items after the 6 mo of no product and failure to deliver and instead selected two new Tempur-Pedic pillows for him to repurchase. We received an "invoice" and were told the items would be delivered to the store and then hand-delivered due to prior delivery issues. As of today January 2026, those pillows and additonal acessories have still not been delivered. Imagine that. Based on our experience, we believe consumers should proceed with caution. In our opinion, it should not take months of repeated follow-ups to receive items that were contractually promised and paid for. The ongoing delays and shifting explanations raise concerns about reliability, follow-through, and customer accountability. Consumers may wish to be aware that under California consumer protection laws, businesses are generally required to: -Deliver goods as promised -Avoid misleading representations -Fulfill contracts within a reasonable timeframe. IMO The furniture deal fails to do all. You really cant please everyone, especially when this is your conduct. In researching this issue, I became aware through publicly available court records that this business/owner has previously been involved in lawsuits related to customer disputes. While others may have had different experiences, this information combined with my own, causes concern for future consumers.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!…read more If there is ever anything wrong with their products, they don't care! I am very unhappy with the customer service we have received from Marcela's. We purchased a couch from them that we have taken care of very well, but it has started to fall apart. We are not hard on our furniture. Our kids do not stand or jump on it, we clean regularly, we don't sleep on it for hours at at time, and we never wear shoes in the house so shoes have never gotten near it. A couch should last longer than a few years without the piping breaking and poking through the material, the cushions not holding up at all, and other tears and pulls in the material. We called them multiple times about it. The customer service has been terrible every time. First they ask for pictures of the couch. We take the time to send the pics and never hear anything back. We call them back again later and they say they need to see our receipt. We tell them that we don't have it but ask if they have it on record. (The couch took months to arrive in the first place. They have to have a record of it). They tell us that they keep records but it would be "impossible" to find because they file it by month and year. So we tell them the month and year that we purchased it. They say that they will try and look it up and get back to us. We have never heard anything back from them. For that matter we never heard anything back from them when we were continually waiting for the couch to arrive. I honestly don't know why they wouldn't want to help us to be happy. We are the type that would definitely go back if the service is good and we would tell everyone. It's too bad because now we will tell everyone how bad it is. I would welcome a response to this and an actual solution to the issues we are having with the couch
