Their pizza tasted good, their service was outstanding and we did not wait for our pizza. They offer a New York/Philly/New Jersey style pizza which is much thinner than a Chicago deep dish. They are located in an outdoor location, so sunshine and blue skies are your natural ambiance which we felt was a terrific change. They are only opened until 7:00 PM now, but in March they will begin closing at 8:00 PM. They were not crowed when we visited so we did not wait for a table. However, we would recommend you call first to check to ensure they have availability first, as we did. This restaurant is open to the public although, you do have to stop at the Sun City security gate and get a pass to enter. We recommend Argent Lakes Pub & Pizzeria which offers a a full bar with beer and wine, a limited Pub style menu and pizza, and because it is a great outdoor restaurant which we felt was a lot of fun. After that we stopped going to watch the game there and found another bar. Fast forward to this year... We decide to give the bar another try. Heard there were new owners since we were there last. We were happy with the food, service and atmosphere. We have made it a regular stop these last two months. HOWEVER... Last night we went to grab a drink. Three of us. We sat at the bar, as we always do. The bar was NOT full and there were plenty of empty tables at the time we went in. The bartender comes over to ask what we want, and remembers our drinks, which is nice. I say... I'm not drinking but she will have her normal drink, and I point to the empty chair next to me. Again, she knows what drink and for who, and she goes to get two drinks. When she came back with the drinks she looks at me and says... So you can't just sit here and take up space at the bar.You need to order something. How about a soda? A juice? An app? Ummmmmm.... First of all... The place is half empty. Second of all... I am designated driver and NOT drinking and I do not want to pay for a soda or juice that I don't want to drink. I told her that it was rude that she wouldn't let me sit there as I've NEVER been told that before. Even when they were busy and overflowing. We always tip 30% or more and are good customers. We were going to order food but I was fuming at this point and I got up and I walked out. My fiancé and friend followed me. I understand not letting a group of people sit there if it was busy and seats were being taken up and they weren't ordering anything, but that was not the case yesterday.

When I asked if we could move outside because we had an infant with us and didn't want to disturb other diners, the manager couldn't have been kinder or more accommodating. He moved our table without hesitation and made us feel like it was a pleasure--not an inconvenience. Our server, Andreas, was absolutely exceptional. His attentiveness, warmth, and genuine care elevated an already wonderful meal. By the time we left, we felt like family. The food was incredible from start to finish, but the baked ricotta appetizer deserves a special mention--I would come back just for that! Once before entering the building and multiple times while we were inside, we received stares from numerous different customers. They were all admittedly uppity-looking. It felt like we had eyes on us the whole time. One woman even did a full 180 turn at the bar to glance at us (I could see the bar area from outside when the sun started going down). I'm not sure if this restaurant is frequented more by locals who aren't used to seeing outside people; I live an hour outside Bluffton. But that just kind of dampened the entire experience and made it a bit uncomfortable. We weren't doing or wearing anything to draw attention. And that may very well have been a one-off situation but still something to note.
