Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to reach the billing department. When I called the office for assistance, they were unable to help and simply transferred me back to billing, where no one answers the phone. To make matters worse, the note on the bill threatened collections. I attempted to pay the balance online, but the Phreesia payment system froze and would not complete the transaction. At this point, I have tried every available option: The billing department does not answer calls. The office staff cannot answer billing questions. Calls are routed back to billing with no resolution. The online payment system is not functioning. The physicians may provide good care, but the administrative and billing experience has been unacceptable. If patients cannot get answers to billing questions or make payments through the available channels, there are serious organizational issues that need to be addressed. Unfortunately, this experience has earned a well-deserved one-star review..

I waited an hour. then the RN and a nurse didn't know if it was positive or negative; so they called what I thought was a doctor he said I was positive to get x-rays done.. so I did and after I did that he and the RN told me to go to the Shelby County Health Department to get them read.. I was like what.. He said they can not read x-rays there, but yet they have an x-ray machine.. and you will get charged $100 for each x-ray if you personally don't bring them back to there clinic.. I took it to my pharmacy to get fill and was told I needed to have a pre-authorization form filled out by my doc because the medicine is rarely used. Weeks later no form, and I keep getting the run around by both the nurse and secretary every time I call, and finally there will be no form filled out. It was declined by the very same doctor who wrote the prescription. Huh? why write a rx for a medication that needs to be pre-auth only to decline it. It's like I went to the doctor for nothing and I had to go to another clinic to get treated all while my condition became worse. They will never see me again.
