Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to reach the billing department. When I called the office for assistance, they were unable to help and simply transferred me back to billing, where no one answers the phone. To make matters worse, the note on the bill threatened collections. I attempted to pay the balance online, but the Phreesia payment system froze and would not complete the transaction. At this point, I have tried every available option: The billing department does not answer calls. The office staff cannot answer billing questions. Calls are routed back to billing with no resolution. The online payment system is not functioning. The physicians may provide good care, but the administrative and billing experience has been unacceptable. If patients cannot get answers to billing questions or make payments through the available channels, there are serious organizational issues that need to be addressed. Unfortunately, this experience has earned a well-deserved one-star review..

I took my completed paperwork with me and got signed in quickly; however, I sat and watched every caucasian patient that came in before me and after me called to the back until there were only four black patients sitting in the waiting room. Note that there were two of these black patients that got there before I did so I got up and asked for my appointment to be cancelled and the gall of the receptionist to ask if I wanted to reschedule was all I could keep from blowing up. I have great medical insurance that will be used at a more reputable office with reputable care. This racist office staff is despicable! I'm furious and I'm seeking an attorney's advice to see if I have a case against this racist act.

I had to go to their location to have it fitted, etc. and a referral document was required for this item and a co-pay. Jeff, the manager, fitted the brace and sent me on my way. Now I've been wearing the knee brace every day ever since I received it and I need to get new straps for it because the ones on it are worn out. I currently have pieces of towel taped to the straps to keep them from rubbing me raw. These straps can be replaced. I cannot order them directly from the manufacturer and have to go thru the place I purchased them from, as per the manufacturer, so I had to contact my Drayer location listed here. I have contacted them by phone and thru facebook and cannot get a call back, return post, letter by mail, email, or any such out of them as to what to do to get the replacement straps. I have tried 3 times. They will not tell me if I need to get paperwork from my doctor to get the straps, or anything like that. I do realize there's probably a payment for them involved. By the way, my account is and has been paid in full. After waiting a month total of time since my first contact attempt, I contacted their home office in Pennsylvania 1 1/2 weeks ago and have not heard one thing from them either. I don't know what is wrong at all but this is very poor customer service. I will be making a comment to my doctor, an ortho surgeon, also since he's the one that sent me to them. I would not recommend this company and its location for anything related to equipment you might ever need. I have not used their physical therapy services so I cannot comment on that. But don't expect this company to do phone calls, emails, or even smoke signals.

The best part of this place is that they are focused on people after surgeries or with injuries. So they don't push you to do anything hard. If you are afraid to get hurt doing yoga, they are good.
