Let me start by saying that i was born and raised in New York and lived in Pennsylvania and Chicago. I know pizza ! Let me tell you about Uncle Maddio's pizza. First thing we noticed about the restaurant is how clean it is and that's very important. Second is the staff who are exceptional at customer service. Now let's get to the food ! I ordered the pizza and Greek salad and for dessert the Cannoli. The pizza looked great when brought to the table which doesn't mean anything. But in this case the pizza tasted as good as it looked. The crust had the perfect consistency and crunch. Toppings were fresh and plenty of cheese. The sauce had very low acidity ( no heartburn) and great taste. The Greek salad was amazing everything is fresh. Now when it comes to the Cannoli I am very hard to impress but with being said it was ok not my Nona but I'd get it again. I don't give many good reviews because many restaurants cut cost with cheaper ingredients and Jack up prices. I'm very impressed with the store manager and especially the staff. This will be the place I'll take my family and friends. Thank you guys so much and don't change a thing ! read more

I have had this place a couple times and every time it has been pretty good. It isn't the best pizza place in Murfreesboro but it is solid and its service is quick. read more

First time visiting this pizza joint and looking forward to going there again! We went on Saturday afternoon and grabbed a small pizza and breadsticks and soft drinks. We enjoyed the breadsticks and the alfredo sauce that you get with it was the bomb! I really liked the pizza toppings, it was really fresh and there was plenty of toppings on it. The prices were comparable for the area when it comes to pizza. The restaurant was semi clean a few tables needed to be wiped down and I did see a cob web on the light fixture that could have been knocked down though. Other than that, the décor and vibe of the restaurant was nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful to us and didn't seem to be bothered when we asked about the sauces more in depth. I will definitely will consider going back there when I am in the area. read more

Really great experience here! Personal pizzas, made to order! Much better than Pie 5! I especially love how they have wheat pizza dough. The staff was really friendly and the facility is very well kept. We definitely will be going back! read more

Maddio's has an excellent location on Memorial Blvd and plenty of parking. It is a self order pizza house with big, easy to read menu boards. You walk down the line and tell them what you want on your entrée. Our party had chicken wings and they were delicious. They were meaty and prepared perfectly, very tender and juicy. We also had a multi meat calzone which was very generous in size and tasted great. Another of our party had a generous salad and the ingredients were fresh-especially the olives and lettuce. Our group order two pizza's loaded with meat; another was loaded with pineapple and feta. Perfect blend of ingredients, crispy crust and grease-yum yum. The drinks are self serve-so a drink for the road is always a plus. read more

I'm done with this place. No adult supervision during the evening hours. The kids are all on their cell phones, zero customer service, and the place is disgustingly dirty. Pizza is a dime a dozen in this town - we can go somewhere else. read more

Good pizza. A little greasy, but very tasty. The chocolate chip cookies are like biscuits of chocolate goodness, very rich. A wide variety of toppings to choose from. If they had ice tea that my wife likes on the delivery menu, it would be a five star rating. read more

Excellent pizza, but the star in my eyes is the chili. It's a little spicy, thick and full of flavor. In my opinion, it's the best in town! Their spicy sausage stew is excellent as well. I'd never think to go to a pizza place for soup, but it's one of the reasons I keep going back. Having said all that, I would steer clear of the goat cheese tomato bisque soup... Just doesn't fit my taste. read more

Good pizza fast delivery, friendly drivers. Would recommend to anyone looking for good pizza.

I was craving some thin craft pizza like Your Pie but decided to try this place because it was a lot closer to my house. I decided to craft my own but wasn't aware I was limited to only 3 toppings and that there was a charge for additional toppings, unlike Your Pie-they don't put a cap on toppings. I ordered a medium to share with my husband and it was plenty to eat. We got a supreme type pizza and added some spinach and jalapeños. I was disappointed they didn't have any garlic to top it off. The taste was pretty average. Nothing really stood out. Their beer selection was average. read more

Food was ok. Nothing to write home about. Meatball calzone was not good, very little meatball and over cooked. Wings were gummy and needed to be cooked longer. The buffalo chicken pizza was good. I really liked the blue cheese which added a tang, but could have used more chicken or at best portion better. read more

Tried this place for Sunday lunch. It is one of those assembly line pizza places like Pie Five or Blaze so if you've been to those, this one is not much different. They do have a nice restaurant with good seating. Pizza was good and service was friendly. I really liked the sauce. If you want this type of pizza, this is a good choice in this area. read more

Worst ordering ever, 4 times, past their ready time, even ordered earl online, just to have it not ready....

What was once my favorite weekly go to pizza place.... the kind of place where they know your pizza and make it by hear even though it is a build your own, is now a slow, dirty, disorganized mess. The last time I ate there, it was hard to find a clean table to sit down at despite there being 5 people in the whole dining room and at least that many behind the counter. The pizza was just not as good even leaving aside the mess of a dining room. I don't know what changed, but I just go somewhere else now.... read more

Best pizza I've had in a while! The ingredients are fresh and the service is great! A nice family owned restaurant! We will definitely be back!! read more

Came in with a friend the other day for lunch and glad I finally got to try this place. We got the extra large pizza versus individual, the individual was too tiny and overpriced for the size. You can watch as the employees put the toppings on your pizza which was nice, definitely fresh ingredients. We got the Jamaican Jerk pizza which was very yummy. Would come back and try one of their cookies, looks good! read more

Everything is delicious! Definitely gluten free and celiac friendly. #glutenfree #celiacfriendly #gfvegan #daiyacheese

This review is based on visits, shortly after their Grand Opening. I rarely give five stars. This is a local franchise for a regional chain. Our family gave credible debate that this could be the best pizza in Murfreesboro. In talking with the manager, the crust and recipes are based on a New York City restaurant, but could not say which one. So, the crust is thin (not cracker crust), New York Style. If you want true NY style, you have to ask them to add the olive oil prior to the sauce. They have the best selection of toppings I have seen. Many unique offerings, and they are fresh. - 3 size pies - 3 types of dough, including gluten free - 6 sauces - 7 cheeses including vegan - 13 meats - 22 veggies Taste was excellent, but then again we picked what we liked. Beer by the pitcher is available. Decor is a nice pizza place feeling. Service was a bit slow in taking your order. Pizza builders put everything fresh on your pie. For example, I ordered fresh mozzarella on mine. Instead of scooping out crumbled cheese, the builder took a fresh slice of cheese and hand crumbled it. Same for tearing the prosciutto. They have layout problem. The line to order extends past the main entrance. So when you walk in, you cannot enter the restaurant. This is exasperated by the fact that there is not entry area. The line forms in a narrow aisle that blocks the door. The second visit was take-out. We asked for olive oil under the tomato sauce and it was great. A negative though, the cannoli was not completely filled. read more

Great experience. Get your pizza the size you want, then add toppings the way you want, all while watching how much they put on, you can watch them make your pizza to your specifications. Such a great selection of toppings, the pizzas have been awesome. We've been twice and not disappointed yet. Will keep going here. Prices are really reasonable for what you get. They have something for everyone. New favorite pizza place! read more

Apparently they don't deliver to your hotel room or check with front desk To call up so I didn't get my order and they charged me for it.

They have made to order personal pizzas, coloring pages, crayons- so kid friendly. Perfect for our pre Discovery Center lunch

The best pizza in town! I actually worked in this establishment for about 6 months with the best crew and leadership a job could have. The food is always beyond delicious, and the service is unmatched. Choose Uncle Maddio's for your next get together or night out. You won't be sorry! read more

Love this place. Great pizza. Great chili. The pizza we had was perfect nice thin crust, all i know is it had veggies and pisrutto and olive oil on the crust. It was amazing. We will be coming here more often. read more

Nope for the price I paid it should have been waaaaaaaaaay better it was awful!!!! The pizza was COLD!!!! We had to microwave it and I could have bought a frozen one and enjoyed it more. Just saying. First and last time I don't think they are going to make it :( read more

I really wanted to like this place and I was hoping they'd replace Mellow Mushroom for me since they closed. I ordered a 12" pizza with shredded mozzarella, pepperoni, ricotta, and basil. Upon opening the box, I realized the basil was not on my pizza. I also saw that it is a thin and crispy style crust which is fine, but the center of the pizza was incredibly soggy. So much so that the slices were breaking in half and all the toppings were sliding off as I picked them up. There is also far too much mozzarella on it. The ricotta is quite bland, not salted at all. I think a lot of people don't realize you have to season ricotta or it doesn't taste the best. The pizza was $15.99 and for that price I expected a lot better. Get Blaze Pizza instead. They have the same style of crust and with the build your own pizza you can get all the toppings you want on a pizza that's only an inch smaller and it's only $9.95. If you decide to get pizza here, pass on the breadsticks. Very thin, nothing to write home about. The Alfredo sauce rang came with them was separated - the oil had separated from the sauce and was floating in a thick layer on top. They're definitely not worth the extra $3.99. read more

There's a certain magic to personal pizzas that can't quite be matched by Little Ceasars or Pizza Hut. Although I will always be true to Papa Johns, Uncle Maddio's Pizza definitely held its own as a sit down style place. I got the meat lovers pizza and Meghan got the jamaican jerk chicken and they were both life changing in my opinion. At about $8 per personal pizza, the prices were pretty true to the average restaurant pizza place but the quality was much better. We both ordered ours on wheat bread (personal preference, no attempt at health) which was an even better decision. I would highly recommend anyone going to try Uncle Maddio's if you're tired of the same delivery every weekend. read more

Greasy pizzas. The pizzas are large and mostly good, but I have a huge problem when my pizza is soggy because the grease is dissolving the crust before I can even get home. read more

I was here on a business trip and stopped by. The pizza was delicious and the service was fast. The price was also very cheap as I came on a Monday and there was a special going on. Highly recommend! read more

Order was wrong and over prices for the taste. One time was good enough for me.

Build your own pizza or pick one off the menu. Really like having the option of a individual size pizza. I chose the Big Max, on a wheat crust. Cooked thin with pepporoni, sausage, bacon, and meatballs. The wife had a Mushroom Truffle. Four beers on draft, with two local brews. Both pizzas were served quickly. Good pizza, quick service. read more

Really good pizza for a chain restaurant. Their pizza dough taste different, it taste fresher. I don't know how to describe it but it was really good. Service is great. I will be back read more

Ordered on line and the order went through freaking postmates and charged me almost $5.00 to go into the store to pick it up myself. Everything looked like I was ordering from the Maddio's website but no after they processed the payment and charged my card then it says it's a postmates order. I go into the store the manager tells the girl checking me out "Oh well nothing g we can do it is what it is." That sucks!!!! Be careful when ordering on line. read more

Tops the chipotle style chain pizza's! If your looking for great personal or even regular pizza look no further. There is a reason this chain is blowing up all across the US. Others are right in that the concept has already been brought here but Uncle MD's pretty much perfects it! Oh and if you like deserts, they have some of the best for a pizza chain. read more

This place was okay; kids loved their personal pizza. Only complaints are: the dinning area isn't clean and the location of the drink machine isn't convenient-near bathroom and cash register, which can easily become an extremely crowded area during busy hours. read more
