Pizza was spectacular! The owner and staff are some of the most friendly and generous people. 1000% recommend coming in

Had to say waddddup to Sweet Lou over hereee, how you derrrrrin! Sweet like Lou, I'm no longer Blue Smooth like Louie, slices? I need touie! Hit me with the Grandma and hit me with Uncle Louie G's, I says to the pizzamen. Gotta meet the grandparents to know the whole family. Matriarchy in the Italian famiglia so it was outta respect I went for Nonna and not Nonno. Then gotta get the namesake to know where the money's made. It was a burst of refreshment to get a different style of slice. In the pizza world, similarity is common place. Uncle Louie is a G! He differentiates. Or so says those big businessmen in suits and slicked back hair. Differentiating from the competition. Differentiating their pizza portfolio. My stem cells differentiate, different kind of differentiation. Ayoooo. Brain Blastttt. Educating the masses. Keep up with me. I was proliferating in Wisdom but now I'm Specializing in Swagger. (Science, you won't get it you slobbering Lobstah.) Anywaysss let's get into the ring a ding-ding. We started off our meet and greet with a little pinwheel. Reallllly good pinwheel. Doughy, yet crispy, yet tasty... very nice. White Pizza's not for me but apparently is was just so-so. My slices were yum-alicious. Sweet sauce for the sweet boy with a sweet little tummy (Linguini) AKA (Me). Good nice dough, loved the contrasting contrasments of the Louie and the Grandma. Both seasoned well. Louie is like a mix between a Siciliano and a Deep Dish. Grandma is like-aaaa I guess a grandma but different idk what else to say. Overall I was most absolutely and for-surely satisfiactorly satisfied. He tell the truth for he never lied. 7.9 across the board oh yeahhhhhhhh. I gotta try this joint again... gonna try a few more diff slices but me likey. Very good, close to great and wouldn't argue with ya if ya called it great. 5 stars for the joint in general though, get in your cars and experience a fresh slice here in the Franklin Lakes area. Nice wee restaurant, lotta options. I won't spoil it for you, you'll figure it out I believe in you. Tell them Linguini sent you (they'll be flabbergasted)! Ciao Ciao.

Cozy place to enjoy a meal. Family owned establishment so everyone was friendly. Not sure of the other pies or entrees, but the uncle Louie deep dish took quite sometime to come out. We waited about 30 minutes for our pie to come out. (It wasn't packed, it was a random week night- I thought service was a bit slow). It took like 5 minutes for her to bring us the check, I think it was just one waiter for l the tables. We ordered a uncle Louie pie, it was really good. Deep dish pizza with a lot of cheese & sauce. We got mushrooms on half of it. I think the one with toppings tasted better. It was quite large and very filling. The crust was hard, but as expected. The 2 bruschetta and bread were complimentary. It was nice. Next time I would come back, but probably order a grandma pie or margarita pizza. Deep dish was nice to try for the first time. Total for just the deep dish with tax was $26.60...a bit on the pricey side.

Uncle Louie's has solid pizza and SUPER friendly staff that treat you like regulars/old friends. The crust on their grandpa pie (cheese on the bottom, sauce on the top) is surprisingly light (this is great for the "body" of the pizza but I wish the outer crust had a little more oomf, personally). Their regular plain pie is good and meets the standards of any good northern NJ pizzeria.

Lastly, I want to commend the manager/owner in the kitchen from the pick up area. I witnessed him stopping a patron from driving. He informed the patron to stay a little longer because he had been drinking. The patron did not show any sign of intoxication and I believed he obliged. It's not often you see an establishment care for the safety of their customers and others. I was leaving with my family of four (2 young girls). I hope the patron made it home safely.

Everything on the menu is vegan, but my family truly could not taste any difference when we visited. We ordered the Oreo protein pancakes, blueberry pancakes, penne with vodka sauce, and a breakfast burrito. Since I turned vegan, I've been craving pancakes so the food really hit the spot. The pancakes were so fluffy and tasted incredible. The penne was also so flavorful and was maybe our favorite dish. The breakfast burrito was also filling and tasted great. Overall, I'm very impressed with the quality of food and would come here regularly if I lived in the area. Additionally, the prices were super reasonable and are definitely more affordable than the average restaurant in the area. This afternoon my wife purchased two portions of your "Harvest Chicken" from the hot foods counter. When she brought it home, we sat down expecting dinner. Instead, we were treated to what can only be described as a culinary experiment in dehydration. I didn't realize chicken could actually reach the texture of corrugated cardboard, but your staff has apparently mastered that technique. Large sections were so hard that even a fork had trouble getting through them, which is an impressive achievement if the goal was to create building materials rather than food. It's honestly a shame, because an animal had to give its life for that meal, only for it to be cooked into something no human should reasonably be expected to eat. I have seen more care put into kindergarten cooking projects. In the end, most of it went straight into the garbage, which seemed to be the most appropriate place for it. For comparison, a stop at Burger King would have been a noticeable upgrade in quality. You may want to take a look at what's happening behind that counter, because if this is the standard being served to customers, something has gone very wrong.

A diner, of which there are numerous in New Jersey, is a establishment that churns out inexpensive, and potentially excellent, but very standard breakfast food - omelettes, pancakes, benedicts and the like. A true brunch place, on the other hand, offers things like lemon ricotta pancakes, cacio e pepe scrambles, mushroom thyme omelettes and shakshuka. Willow & Whisk is that kind of brunch place, and which is rare in New Jersey. The food options are varied, very tasty, and with good portion sizes. They offered two little slips to each customer - one for a savory crepe and one for a sweet and you can build you own. Great concept but it would be beneficial if the server confirmed the order because we asked for nutella, banana, strawberry, and ice cream and got 2/4. We were in a rush to leave so forgot to check the receipt to see if we were charged for the others; however it was $48 (w/o tip) for 1 panini, 1 crepe and 1 latte so a bit overpriced for the quality of food, in my opinion. The sandwich and crepe were both just okay, nothing to rave about. The drink was aesthetically pleasing with the iced Bear and tasted great. We asked for whipped cream on the latte but our server forgot that too. She also forgot to provide us water until we asked and it came at the end of the meal.  Outside dining was not optimal as it's right next to the railroad tracks and quite loud. There is a kids play area which I thought was a nice addition to the space, but I do wish it was gated off for the younger kids as it's so close to the road! Overall, I found that it was a bit overrated and underwhelming... there are so many restaurants to choose from in the area that I wouldn't opt to come back here.
