I politely explained that I was there first and wanted to place my order, but she continued ignoring me and speaking to other customers. I even told her that I am Deaf and only needed to place a simple order for alcoholic ice cream, which would not take long. The employee was a tall woman with long hair, dark skin, and appeared to be Hispanic. Her attitude was extremely dismissive and unprofessional. I felt disrespected and frustrated because I was simply trying to be treated fairly like everyone else. I have also heard other customers express frustration with her service. Her behavior and slow customer service are not good for the business. Being Deaf does not mean I should be ignored or treated differently. Every customer deserves equal respect, patience, and proper service. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and addresses this employee's behavior.
