During our few visits, we tried the cotton candy and cookies & cream flavors. They were really creamy, no icy patches. Was excellent quality overall. (Water ice, cream ice, hard ice cream, and their own way of making their hard ice cream into soft ice cream. I selected two flavors, dulce de leche and pumpkin pie. They fit a good amount into a regular sized cup. The ice cream itself was delicious, felt decadent and the flavors were pronounced. My daughters and father in law enjoyed their desserts as well. I don't go out for ice cream all the time but when I do, I've got a new favorite!
