My son had lots of questions and we were there over an hour. Other customers came as well and they were patient and attentive. My son purchased a kayak, paddles and paid a small fee to have a rack installed to drive it home. (See pic) They had a lot of tips to share and were very enthusiastic to share them. A side note I went there a few years ago for snowmobile gear and it was the same experience.
