The store was fully stocked with patches, guns, attire and really anything you could want for mil sims or simply just military-esque clothing. The staff were super helpful and were able to answer all of our questions knowledgeably and definitely knew what they were talking about. Picked up some awesome stuff and had a great time! They have a huge selection of men's and women's clothing, especially fleece, coats, pants, hats, etc. at great prices. Some of the fleece were almost half off. They also have Allpa and other bags available for sale but they are not price reduced. The inside of the store is laid out well and product arranged nicely. The sales staff are super nice and we're very knowledgeable about the products. We got a lot of good deals here. Apparently this is the only Cotopaxi store on the east coast and the only Cotopaxi outlet store.

In the coupon booklet from customer service, it advertised 10% off of $75 "before discounts". What was confusing was the price they should be using to calculate the $75. I had a top marked $54.99 and a pair of pants marked $49.95 which would've been over $75 before the discount. The employee at the register was unhappy (prior to my arrival to the counter) that the regional manager had not yet made a determination on how to calculate what the basis is to apply the 10%. When salesperson rung in my two items after the discount, they did not exceed the $75 so she concluded that the 10% did not apply but kept looking at the other sales person for confirmation ...who shrugged his shoulders. They all seemed frustrated by how this promotional offer worked. For me, it wasn't worth the wait and the frustration to save $7, so I still purchased my two items but that left a sour taste for me and their lack of customer service.

The first few times we had large groups of people with us, all meeting up to go down the river together. They accommodated us the best they could and we did the rest. You can rent tubes, cooler tubes, dog tubes, kayaks, canoes and more. They provide you with a life jacket and ticket time to be ready for your shuttle. They then shuttle you to a drop off location along the mighty Saco River. They transport you, your tube, and all your belongings right to the drop off. You can choose the length of your trip upon purchase. There is a one mile, three mile, and five mile trip down river. You can choose to repeat the trip, as long as there is time before they close for you to do so. They open early, like 8 am and close at 5 pm. The river is beautiful, and varies in depth throughout the trip. There's plenty of beaches to stop and enjoy a packed lunch or a snack. Please stay off of any beach that says "private" as they are not part of the rental companies lands. There's a couple of rope swings to stop at, but remember, you're stopping with no liability on the rental company. They are not liable for much on these trips. You sign paperwork ahead of time, stating such. Their booth has some items you may need for the trip down river, such as waterproof bags, dry bags, phone bags, goggles, paddles, sunblock, sunglasses and more, of course all priced slightly up. I really enjoy renting and tubing with this company, they've got it down after all these years. Definitely a really fun thing to do during a hot summer day.
