They seem to be only interested in doing bike maintenance and tune up packages (which are expensive with them) and not smaller cost repairs. Further, when we call ahead to see if they have a part or time to do a quick repair, we've been told yes in advance, only to find out no, they don't have time (when we arrived ten minutes after calling) or no, they don't have the part (which only 10 minutes prior we called to be sure they did). This kind of disorganization, miscommunication, and drive toward only being interested in hihh dollar repairs means they don't have a friendly, local bike shop vibe. We've tried them three times, which is fair. We won't be back and we can't recommend.
