This is our second rage room we have tried in the Austin area. This one was a big disappointment compared to the first location in North Austin. The room is too small for the group sizes you allow making it not as fun to go crazy with the danger of hurting your friends who are with you. Also, the items you had to use were completely gross and unsanitary. Used beer bottles with limes and remaining beer in them was pretty nasty. Pretty low class for a high price establishment. We will not be recommending it to friends. read more

It is overpriced 400$ for three people when most things weren't working right. First was the axe throwing the employee there was giving instructions on how to throw the axe and he couldn't even do it himself so he was no help. Next we went to the jelly guns and it was fun for the one minute they worked & employees couldn't fix it so we paid for nothing. Up next was the painting and upstairs there was no ac and you have to wear a rain coat which makes it worse wasn't much to do there since they give you a little square. The rage room you had to wear a jumpsuit and head gear the jumpsuit had a tear on the armpit and head gear didn't work because my friend got cut in the chin when still wearing it. Overall I don't recommend and it was a waste of 400$ when most things we weren't able to do. read more

this place is so overpriced don't spend your money here we spent like $400 for 3 people for 2 hours and we ended up not using the entire time.The activities weren't really that fun,the axe throwing wasn't fun bc the axes blade wasn't sharp so it wasn't sticking to the wood. When we did the splatter paint you get a tiny canvas with a dry crusty brush and you barely get any paint. we were most excited about the Air-soft guns but none of the guns we're working. the place is just so unorganized and dirty and theres no ac on the top floor either so you'll probably be sweating when you're in the rage room when you have to wear the suits. read more

Staff not to helpful, stuff also had horrible hygiene issues, This place in general had no concept of time or proper booking times. We took our son today and was not happy with how things went. Did the escape room and well there was no help form the staff when asked, did the gel blasting and guns didn't work half the time, also booked the rage room and wait was longer then what was booked and we booked in advance and was told there was a long wait past our time for it, asked if we wanted to leave and then come back after the wait. Umm no thank you refund pls what's the point of booking in advance if we have to wait. I highly recommend going to another place!! read more

I booked online for 3 for my girlfriend's bday. Damon reached out and we coordinated some damn good BBQ to be there after we got out. We arrived, Jinx and Damon made us feel super welcome, the rules are super simple, and after signing the waiver, we suited up and proceeded to SMASH!! There was plenty for us to smash in the 30min session and once the larger stuff came in, it was definitely a workout! The two ladies finished with a plate of safety glass (the shatter on that was SOOO satisfying!) and then they took apart a chair with baseball bats and sledgehammers like two lioness' taking down a gazelle together. In the end, we had SOOO much fun in the rage room, great BBQ and some Bday cake. We left super satisfied, and Damon, Jinx and the whole staff took great care of us. I'm planning to organize a trip with more friends down soon. My only feedback would be that they didn't specifically tell us to wear close toed shoes, and I made sure we all did. I imagine they have some shoe covers that we didn't need, but there is A LOT of sharp things in the room on the floor for most of the time you're in there, so be sure to wear shoes that cover your feet fully and have a hard enough bottom that glass won't go through. read more

My husband and I came here for a date night and it was so much fun!! The rage room so fun and stress reliever. I think my favorite was the axe throwing but they also have paint splattering where you get a canvas and can take it home. We loved the rage and paint rooms -- it really allowed us to blow off steam and channel our creativity. As adventurous as an Unchartered tour of you neighborhood dumpster. This place is not following covid protocols. The gear, jumpsuits, safety equipment was filthy and 100% never seen water or disinfectant a day in its life. We kept having to ask for Lysol wipes and our adventure host would return with one at a time. This Lysol wipe Mary go round process wasted 10 minutes - which was really obnoxious especially because we were already 10 minutes late since there's zero signage and the building /storage locker /warehouse unit number isn't listed on Unchartered adventures address or order confirmation page and we were lectured over our tardiness before we were welcomed. Overall, everything smelled like trash. Probably because all you're getting from this rage room experience is a 6x10 storage locker sized indoor trash shoot. We came as a group of 3 and you can't smash anything with any of the 5 bats that were provided- which is okay because all that was in our 3 crates was empty beer bottles, 2 empty wine bottles and a couple of plates. Waste of money. Just go your local junk yard or land fill - it will probably smell better. Better yet, just climb into your street dumpster with a bat or a crowbar - your choosing. Overall, a health hazard, safety hazard, waste of money and I can't get the stench of this place out of my nostrils. read more

This was me and my friends first time going to a smash room and axe throwing. It was fun and the splatter paint was also really cool and vibrant! Our reservation was at 8 and we didn't end up being done till 10. When we were leaving we had to wait on an Uber which took a while because uncharted adventures is kinda far in a sketchy area. But two different uncharted employees (Zane and a blonde girl) who closed up shop offered to drive us where we needed and were so nice and respectful. Made a reservation for an hour session and were admittedly late (place is hard to find and we were coming from an hour away). Had a 7pm reservation, got there at 7:15. They close at 9. They did not have an 8:00 reservation, but ended our time at 8 so they could close early. Was disappointed as I didn't find anything online that says your reserved 60 minutes would be shortened. If there were an 8pm appointment, I'd be more understanding, but I think this is poor customer service. They go over how to throw an axe in about 3 minutes and then leave the area. Then ask for a tip when you check out. Wouldn't go again. read more

I love this place! This establishment is ran by an EXTREMELY SWEET AND HOSPITABLE family. They truly care about you having a great time, and going home with an experience. You are given a speaker to take into the rage room with you so you can play your music while smashing a plethora of items into oblivion. They also offer axe throwing, and a paint splatter room! I had accidentally left my mask in the coveralls they gave me and couldn't find it before leaving. As I had gotten home they had found it! Luckily I work in the same area Damon lives in, and he returned my mask to job for me the next morning! I would absolutely recommend this spot for casual fun at your leisure, or team building, even as a fun date! The staff will treat you like family. Please go enjoy this local gem! read more

I was disappointed during my visit. I spend $400 just for 3 people, for 2 hours, and we did not even use up the whole 2 hours. It is not worth spending your money here if you are looking something fun to do. First we did the axe throwing, the worker didn't even know how to throw the axe himself so we didn't know how to properly throw it, and the axe's weren't that sharp. Second we went to the splatter paint, they give you only one small canvas and a little bit of paint. We didn't even use the whole 30 mins. After that we did the Gellyball shooting and the guns did NOT work at all. The employees there tried fixing them but they couldn't fix them. That was a WASTE of money. Then for the rage room, there is no AC on the top floor, and you have to wear these gear uniforms so expect that you will be sweating and the helmets that goes part of the uniform is not 100% safety material. My friend got cut. Overall I do not recommend wasting this much money $400 for just crappy activities. They did not even give me a credit or refund due for the guns not working and for the time we didn't even use. 1/10 experience. read more

It seemed like very few items(more items by request) There were 5 empty beer bottles on the table and then a few glass vases and coffee cups on a plastic tub. You get an option from the bat, sledge hammer(not necessary) and a smaller sledge hammer (fun throwing). It is small so be careful not to hit each other (we took turns hitting stuff). A-Ma-Zing! I took 4 friends to this and dinner for their Christmas gifts and we had a blast. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We plan on trying to go back once a month for our mental health, because at just $40/person we definitely got our angers out. My only compliant was that it was a tad hard to find in the dark. Luckily, that's only a one time problem. Again, the staff was super patient and didn't give us grief for being late, which was already happening before we got lost. I had the opportunity to travel from California to the 512 Rage Room in Kyle. I attended their ribbon cutting on 5/24 what an amazing experience! It was well organized lots of things (variety too from large to small) to destroy and clear your mind with if that's your intention otherwise who wouldn't just want to smash things? Their lobby is so relaxing and the owners are attentive and everything was just well organized. I highly recommend this place for fun, events, therapy, or just for tearing sh*t up! You can't go wrong if you live nearby or are in the area as a tourist then this should be on your top things to do. You get to rage while listening to your favorite kind of music. Oh wow!! Talk about a great stress reliever! This is the place!!! Once you over look the location being out in the middle of no-mans land, I definitely recommend this place to blow off some steam. We chose the smash room package with the option of adding a flat screen TV, best $20(?) spent. The room they put us in (after we donned a set of well used overalls, gloves & goggles/face shield; maybe bring your own if that grosses you out) had a wireless speaker you can connect your phone to so you can play music from your own playlist. The room also has bats & sledge hammer you can use to SMASH stuff. Of course we started with the flat screen tv & who knew the gratification that came with it, oh man oh man!!! Then we smashed the keyboards with keys flying everywhere & then an old record player. We saved the glass bottles for last, throwing them against the wall/floor. I definitely recommend this place & bring some music. It's a workout so be where, they'll have bottled water for you too. Happy Smashing!! read more

First, I have to disagree with one of the previous review about taking proper COVID precautions. My sister-in-law called in advance to ask about COVID precautions and the gentleman on the phone said 1) mask were required 2) they were taking cleaning precautions and 3) we could reserve the ax throwing room so we had it to ourselves. We arrived and NONE of the three staff member was wearing masks. There was storage for the rage rooms (I.e. trash) throughout the facility to where it would literally be impossible to clean the place. Once we were in the ax throwing room, we had to remind the staff that we had reserved the room for an hour so they didn't let another party in. We were a group of 7 and the room is not large so socially distancing would have been impossible if another group had joined. After we were finished, my sister in law had to wait by the desk 10 minutes to pay because two of the employees were outside taking a smoke break (directly in front of the front door to the facility). Overall, one of the least professional experiences I have had in a long time. That being said ax throwing was fun and I would definitely do it again...just not here. read more
